This rating is about SafeCo Insurance, which is a total JOKE. I was unable to speak with a live person from customer service, and I called at least 30 or 40 times. Keith Baxter helped me resolve the issue. If you are quoted SafeCo, ?♂️ ?♀️

Baxter Insurance has taken care of our insurance needs for years, over 40 years. During those years we have had claims were taken great care of in a very timely manner. We will continue having Baxter Insurance take care of our insurance needs. We know we are in great hands. Excellent agents who are there in a few minutes. Great company that treats you like family.

Look no further than Germania (a name not so popular, but has been around for over a century); one of the best-kept secrets in town, who take their jobs seriously. Since I discovered them, I see no reason to change to the other companies that try to grab your business through flashy ads, only to flip on you. My experience has been Swift and of a pleasure, with best rates and more. You would not find another genuine, candid and approachable as they are. They’ve since maintained a tradition of communities, just as farmers do. Germania sets the bar high enough where others won't come close. They given me the opportunity to understand how other insurance companies. Basically, the others are all working too hard, with craning efforts in no direction while riddled with hassles, something almost laughable.

We have been using Baxter Agency for 8+ year now and we are so happy with them. They always work every year to find us the best savings (Three of us on our policy are currently taking a $35 defensive driving classes at their suggestion to save over $600/yr on our renewal policy).We have had several minor issues or accidents over the course of the years and the underwriting company (Germania) has paid within days making it easy for the repair company to do the work quickly.Anytime I have called their offices they are quick to answer or get back to me. We are very happy customers!

I have been with Baxter Agency as a Germania customer for over 25 years, in that time I have been treated like family. No request I have ever made has been met with any hesitation. I spoke with Mavis for years and years and She was always so kind and helpful. Keith has been such a great person of support especially when I needed it most last year. Our family has worked with the Baxters for our insurance needs for a number of years now. They are wonderful - always helpful and quick to reply. They even reach out to us letting us know of any possible discounts we might qualify for.
