not a satisfactory service ...after accident i was sent there by my insurance they did charge 1000 dollar me and almost 6500 by my insurance after 15 days they gave my car after 2 days of driving i found some noises i called them they told me get your car here i got my car there but didnt fix the issue the issue was same Long to short story i had contacted them 5 times and done 5 visits waste of to much time but my issue is persist ....dispite huge amount they charged they gave substandered service

Excellent repair. I took my Volvo here after someone ran into me. It took about 4 weeks but it was worth the wait. Not only did my car look as if nothing ever happened, including the sparkle of the perfectly matched original color, but the price was as estimated. No surprises at the last minute. I definitely recommend this business.

ONE YEAR ORDEAL. Vehicle went in on February. Did a good job on body and was understandably not ready until April. But that's where it went downhill. Could not complete the job which was just a passenger mirror. Kept blaming the car company on part. Gave up on repairing it so I had to take to a dealership. Add in poor communication from the service department and poor attitude. One year later my Vehicle is finally repaired.

The front desk lady had a bad attitude. I had an appointment for a drive-in estimate. Walked in, and she just looked at me not asking if I needed help. I told her I had an appointment and just told me to sit down. If you're having such a bad day, don't go in to work.

worst experience fixing my car THEY TAKE FOREVER!!!! it’s about to be 2 months and they still haven’t finished. They don’t update you on what’s going on and don’t accurately tell you whenever you get your car. go someplace else. still haven’t received my car i’m waiting

I don't leave many reviews but hopefully this saves someone else the absolute headache they have caused me. After giving me a time estimate of two weeks, I received no contact from them. I contacted them the day before I was to pick up my vehicle and was told it would be ready the next day. Each day I called for the next 5 days, and was told the same thing. Then I was told it would be another week! At the end of that time, I was told it would be ANOTHER week! I have now been without my vehicle for a month! I have spoken with other repair shops and given them descriptions of the damage. All of them have said it should have taken no longer than 8 work days. I am now talking with my insurance to see if I can have the vehicle towed somewhere else to have the repairs finished. If you have any option, DON'T GO HERE!!Services: Painting

Please read the reviews not just the good ones all the negative reviews have the Same problem in common ( wish I did before I took my vehicle ?)Very unprofessional “very poor level of communication no one calls you to keep you update. Had to leave my truck back twice after they said it was done . The first time it still had dents , after pictures were submitted to insurance they still had the audacity to question if they were accident related , second time it was given back to me 30 min later a service light turn on , my vehicle was in their possession for almost 3 months . And I didn’t received not even 1 call from them I had to contact my insurance provider to find out about my truck.Please Do your self a favor and don’t bother with a place like this, when they don’t have any consideration for your needs. I WILL NOT use this place ever againYou can talk to Jessica she is great she will answer your questions and call you back when she says she will she gets a 10+ but the body repair team and office people in charge of the insurance side SUCKS !!Services: Painting
