I am writing to bring to your attention a significant issue I encountered while attempting to activate and access my account today.Upon receiving my card in the mail, I promptly activated it as instructed. However, when I tried to log in online, I encountered a persistent error message that prompted me to call customer support. During the call, the verification process seemed to revisit the same information that caused the initial issue, which was rather puzzling.After providing the required information, I was informed that I would be connected to an agent for further assistance. Unfortunately, I received a message indicating that your service center was closed at that time, leaving me without a solution or guidance.I understand that technical issues can arise, but this experience has been both frustrating and inconvenient. I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter, as I am eager to resolve the issue and gain access to my account.Your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible would be greatly appreciated. i lost my debit card and they lied and told me the company doesn’t offer temporary cards at all due to fraud but when i called the kirby branch they pulled up my account info and were able to help me. This branch didn’t even offer that. I have been with this bank for over a year and honestly debating on closing my account because of my treatment.

Went in to pay partial car loan amount and to get payoff amount receipt. Lady said they couldn't provide proof of payoff, so she called to find out why because she had no idea how this was done. Then she attempted to put her associate on speakerphone to explain why they cannot provide proof...to which the person refused to talk directly or or indirectly on speakerphone to client because she is only permitted to talk to associates.

I used BB&T for financing my home. This week I noticed where my January's monthly payment went up by $500. When I called the representative informs me that they "didn't account for the school tax at closing". So this increase is due to the inclusion of the school taxes and the shortage of the escrow. Very disappointed! *Small update...I' ve been working on trying to get this resolved. Looked online yesterday and they have reduced my mortgage payment back to it's lower amount. I called to inquire what happened and it appears "they were notified of another tax, however it wasn't accurate" is pretty much what the representative informed me. Thank God this was resolved!
