I opened up a Personal bank account with the Promo of $300 direct deposit. I got it within 2-3 months. I been really happy with the service and Theft Protection. They are superb and recommend this bank.

I do not bank at Truist initially by choice. As a former corporate bank employee, I was required to bring my assets in house with Citibank, which was acquired by BB&T, which was acquired by Truist. Truist is okay: the fees are subpar, and the service depends on the teller or banker: some are great; some are not. Would I bank at Truist initially by choice? Maybe not. However, at this point, it's too much of a hassle to move. On the plus side, the credit card fraud protection system originally from Citibank, bought by BB&T, then bought by Truist is quite good.

Got a car loan with this dam bank and finally paid it off after 6 years. NEVER AGAIN will I make this mistake of doing anything with this bank!

I went at 10am and a black gentlemen helped me no complaints but his coworker a black woman had such a rude demeanor, not to mention she kept interruping the man helping me to talk bad about another employee. I found that extremely unprofessional.

I've been treated with nothing but respect and kindness no matter what my transactions were. Everyone I've dealt with at the Magnum location has never hurried with their time or made me feel rushed me along - they've always taken their time and made sure all my questions were answered. If they say they are going to call back (if I call them), they always do. Also, there has never been any kind of line in all the times I've been there so not sure the comments about lines. This is one bank account I won't be closing.

This place is terrible without a doubt. If you have the misfortune of having to do a transaction at this branch and your transaction is an anyway faulty like let's say a check wrote out to you has insufficient funds in the account or the check that you received was in bad condition or something along those lines they will make you feel like the biggest criminal in the entire world. This actual branch will go out of its way to make sure your account is frozen with your money with it for an extended period of time. And any flawless transaction you wish you do they will lie to you and make some story up about how there system rejected the transaction and you need to take it elsewhere. Do not let these people hold your hard earned money they will end up stealing it from you the moment you need it most. And not even give you the dignity of telling you anything about it when you try and call customer support actually they'll just hang up on you when you've been on hold for 45+ minutes.
