I Love the people here ❤️ my business runs smoothly with PNC . I use the Memorial and Heights locations . I’m just not an account but a person. No crazy fees for ridiculous things here ! Y’all know which banks I’m talking about ? I’ve used chase and BA before . PNC Bank is the best .

Wow, I'm glad I didn't read all the negative reviews before I opened my accounts with PNC. Victoria helped my husband and I open accounts at the easy to access branch located in the Heights. We were issued our debit cards immediately and set up our pins right then so we could start using it. We were even introduced to the manager and assistant manager while we were there. Everything went smoothly and opening my online account was extremely easy too. I would highly recommend the W 19th branch of PNC.

I wanted to take a moment to tell you how impressed and satisfied I am with your employee Veronica Alvarez. On two separate occasions with PNC, she went well above and beyond my expectations. I really appreciate all of her extra effort and time she took in rectifying my banking problems. Her passion for her job and customer service is what makes her an incredible person to work with. . You have no idea how great of a positive impression she has left with me about PNC's services.Apart from resolving my issues fast, her politeness and can-do attitude made me feel relaxed and confident in resolving my issues. She has excellent problem-solving and people skills and I can see why she is a valued member of your team, and I am looking forward to working with her in the future. I really do feel like I have a personal banker that is on my side and understands the future I'm trying to create financially.I'm so happy and pleased with her service I will be posting this review on the PNC Heights Yelp page as well. I thought I was going to have to wait to speak to representative to get my debit card. I was surprised to see how quick they gave me a new card. It took longer to get the there and I was in and out in 5 min. I just couldn't belive it. Keep up the good customer service work.

They don't pick up the phone when you call. Don't pair well with other services like Till. Hours stink. Actively working to extricate my family's finances from this bank. I miss BBVA.

Horrible and nasty sarcastic attitude when asked simple questions. If you don’t want to work then stay at home. Never have I had to put a review on a place but it was just so rude I couldn’t help but post something. Smh get better customer service tellers.

If I could give this branch zero stars I would. It took me an hour and a half to get 3000.00 in cash. I went to the bank to get cash for a contractor who was doing work at my house. I provided an out of state drivers license because I just moved to the state. I provided my account number and my drivers license. And they refused to allow me to make a cash withdraw. I was able to access the app on my phone I use for all of my online banking. I was able to use Face ID on my app. I was able to retrieve text authenticity action codes on my phone and then they made me sit in a managers office and answer questions about employment, social security, and recent transactions. After all of this and an hour and a half I am still not sure they are going to provide me with my 3000k! With this same license At another pnc I was able to withdraw 188k on 7-14 for closing costs on my new home. This is the epitome of horrible customer service. If I answer my phone, give you my atm pin, and open the app on my phone with Face ID and give you my drivers license and you still can’t provide me with my cash, there is an issue. Safeguarding my money or harassing me? They now said they will give me my cash, but it will take a while because they are busy serving other customers! Really???? What about me, I am not a customer who has been here well over an hour who has been harrassed and embarrassed because I asked for 3000 in cash. UPDATE- After an hour and a half of rigorous question asking identification and everything I can possibly do I left the bank with no cash and was told I could not be served in that my state issued drivers license from Florida did not meet requirements! I have two PNC checking accounts a PNC savings account and credit cards which will all be closed on Monday great service PNC

Went to HEIGHTS branch to pay back over draft protection. Was informed by a young man that I didn't need to because had a positive balance in account. Trying to explain to youngster was treated rudely. Knowing he was wrong went to a lady in small office, explaining situation she pulled up my account information. I'll be darned I did owe them a few hundred, wrote check to square up account.P.N.C. NEEDS TO HEIR MORE CONFIDENT EMPLOYEES, WITH LESS ATTITUDES. NARCISSISTIC PEOPLE DON'T MAKE GOOD BANK TELLERS.

Horrible experience since PNC took over. There's no phone customer service, then when there is they're deceptive regarding how much you have in your account. They opened a "credit" account without my permission, then put a bogus overdraft on my account. Then they charged me for putting funds from that "credit" account to cover the bogus overdraft, and charged me interest. Once they started taking payments towards the "credit" account that I didn't know I had, then other bogus overdrafts were charged to my account which they in turn covered with the "credit" account, raising that balance and increasing the amount I didn't know I was short. I owed them $45 by the time I figured out I needed to close all my accounts with them. Then, they gave me a cashier's check for my money leftover in my account when I closed it. So I had to cash a cashier's check from them in their lobby, that they just wrote me, instead of just giving me cash. Most ridiculous, expensive experience in a financial institution ever.
