Banker at this location made it easier to sign up for an account. The only reason I took off a start was because I requested a particular account and to find out later after I requested to change the address on the account, she selected an account that I did no request. I felt like she wasn’t being honest in that moment.

It's a bit about this location but more about the bank. Over 35 years ago, I opened an account with Compass. They sold out to BBVA. No problems. Now, PNC, the carpet baggers from Pittsburgh, come to show how bad service can be.
I have closed accounts that will cost them thousands a year in profit off my deposits PNC care? No would rather charge me 35 for a safety deposit box. Dumb leadership.
Abuse customers in Texas, you won't last long
Annalise was great.
Today, I went to close my last two accounts. The new recruits stared at the screens while two customers waited. No initiative to show service. Mary Duque came to talk to me. Thanks. I watched her behavior change after our talk
A new person in training should have the initiative to say, "Hey, I am new, but let me get someone." NOPE

Horrible service, I waited for more than 35 minutes and no one attended to me. The strange thing was that they were not serving other customers either, one was talking to a friend, others were sitting in the gossip and no one paid attention to me despite having an appointment, there are many more banks to go waste your time there.

Waited 35 + minutes to see someone. There was one person in front of me. Instead of seeing me, they went to lunch. I'm heading to another location, let's see how that goes.

This is the closest one to me, I have to travel for miles across town to get, to the next closest! So, keep that in mind. Their ATM hardly ever has cash! Especially, before the weekend starts and on Monday! And, the drive up window is constantly jam pack!!! Do better!!!

If I could give this branch no stars I would. I've had problems ever since it switched to PNC. My account was over drafted when it should not have been then they tried to over charge me a "service charge" when we spoke with the manager she was very rude and told us she did not care if they took our money and the only way around it was to go somewhere else. Some manager you guys got in this one.

The worst service the worst banking experience I have ever encountered in my life,they have me sitting outside in my car waiting to talk to someone about my account and there's only 2people ahead of me yet it's been 30 mins or longer I'm enrolled in the over draft protection deal yet can't over draft my account but this bank will leave a 2.99 charge pending so to charge 38 dollars to your account for 2.00
