This is the closest one to me, I have to travel for miles across town to get, to the next closest! So, keep that in mind. Their ATM hardly ever has cash! Especially, before the weekend starts and on Monday! And, the drive up window is constantly jam pack!!! Do better!!!

If I could give this branch no stars I would. I've had problems ever since it switched to PNC. My account was over drafted when it should not have been then they tried to over charge me a "service charge" when we spoke with the manager she was very rude and told us she did not care if they took our money and the only way around it was to go somewhere else. Some manager you guys got in this one.

The worst service the worst banking experience I have ever encountered in my life,they have me sitting outside in my car waiting to talk to someone about my account and there's only 2people ahead of me yet it's been 30 mins or longer I'm enrolled in the over draft protection deal yet can't over draft my account but this bank will leave a 2.99 charge pending so to charge 38 dollars to your account for 2.00

Armando Lopez AWESOME! We had so many set backs trying to open my accounts but he was very patient and stood by the entire time until everything was good to go ! Always kept a smile on his face and showed the true meaning on great customer service!

This is the worst location I have been to by far!!! they are extremely slow, you would think they have snails as employees! simple transactions take forever. when you call ahead for a change order it's never ready so what's the point!!!

This is the worst location! Every employee here needs customer service training. I am unsure how some of them get promoted to management positions. Every transaction is a fail. I rather drive to Kingwood or the Energy Corridor to avoid losing a brain cell with these people. I also made a move to BOA. These people suck and corporate needs to clean house here.

I had an appointment and they didn’t know I had one. I sat with a rep and he gave me no info on the two accounts I had just opened. I repeated to him at least 5 times or more What my last name was and he still got it wrong on my card and account. I explain to him this is a business account and I don’t have time to wait for another car to come in the mail. And he still got it wrong! So I had to wait an extra 7 to 10 business days for my car to come in the mail! When I have business take care of. They always treat people differently in certain neighborhoods I would not go to this place.

I have called customer service at least 5 times today hung up on twice by the way and none of these reps can answer my simple question. Even called the branch and they are just as unhelpful. I have been banking here for many years and today I feel like closing my account because of the horrible customer service.
