I made an appointment for this location online for 4:45pm, I got their and the branch manager told me that i could not be seen because my appointment was sent to another employee that was not their. Now they don’t close until 6pm so i don’t understand why no one in the bank could setup my business bank account. She basically turned me away and it was done very rude and unprofessional, I am very disappointed in this location and i will be calling corporate!’n

Julia Sanders must be knighted as a Dame by the Queen. She was my saving grace in PNC as it hasn’t been easy in my business, times and BBVA becoming PNC. She handled all of my stressful needs with a smile and charisma. Plus she smells amazing (Baccarat Rouge 540). I ended up staying with PNC as I was researching other banks today. I actually left better than how I felt from the therapist’s office. As these times have been extremely difficult, Julia Sanders you have salvaged my hope in humanity! Thank you for your human customer service.

Don't bank here they'll give you the run around Hold Your money and play around with your time. I miss when it used to be BBVA but PNC is very unhelpful when it comes to your funds . I had to push the banker to do there job . I been to 4 different banks and had to push them to do there job there unhelpful and rude . It's like they get paid to not help people. I wouldn't suggest this bank to anyone I know .Worst experience with a bank ever .
