Wanted to transfer a business Bank account to my name and apparently a manager is the only one who can do this, and apparently all the managers in the area were in a full day meeting and so now myself and three other people all have to go to the bank again. Really blows my mind that PNC has a business model this poor

Been a customer of this branch since they switched to PNC. Today while doing my banking, which they made me come in for, they wouldn’t let me use the restroom. If I would have been able to go through the drive through it would have been fine but they made me go in and wait then refused to let me use the restroom. Like... read full comment

Opening a business account at branch is challenging as they are short staffed. Need to jump through lots of hoops to setup a meet with bank manager. Plenty of other banks to choose from.
