You know when it's a red flag when it's difficult to do business with. We tried to open up an account back in October. They had some issues with some of our paperwork so we got it resolved. After we sent them the updated documents in December, our emails went unanswered after multiple follow-ups. I finally scheduled an appointment and had confirmed that they had all our updated documents days before the appointment. Then 30 minutes prior to the appointment, they call to push the appointment back because they had a customer walk in. What's the point of setting an appointment in the first place? We finally arrive to find out the banker never looked at our documents as she previously confirmed and had issues (that literally do not make sense and contradict what our attorney has said). We will never bank at PNC. And if you're a business owner, I would advise you to look elsewhere too.

I stopped by on Friday to see if it were possible to cash a check I received from the state here. Originally I have an account with navy federal which happens to be around the corner from them. I wasn’t able to cash with navy federal due to me not being able to have the funds immediately due to verification … So I decided to stop by PNC BANK to see if I could get better assistance since I got no help from navy.(I am a black 25 year old male) I walked in the bank and behind the desk was a short white male with dark hair and had freckles or white pimples under his eyes, he rudely told me that the reason my bank wouldn’t cash the check was because no money was in my bank account to cash it. (Him the employee of PNC not knowing they never looked my account up to even cash it in the first place )After asking him if they could cash it and if not where could I go ,this is the response he gave me . He was telling me in a mocking way because I was trying to cash a fema check I received to replace groceries lost during hurricane Beryl. I was embarrassed of his response due to guest being in the area and his coworker this should not happen to anyone that could be a potential customer of this business

Did a check deposit at the atm and it shut down and restarted itself in the middle of the transaction. Called the number on atm and they opened a case. Went to that branch the next morning and all they could do is open another case. I have to wait till the atm servicer picks up the checks which is only once a week and then another 10 days or maybe more till they can match my check up with the case.. it’s absolutely ridiculous. I bet I never see my check again….

Horrible customer service I came in for a 11:30 AM appointment with business banking with Anna set out here almost to 12 noon to be told she is in a meeting with the regional manager Jarret very unprofessional never came out to reschedule or to speak with me however, all of the other customers who walked in were seen right away who were Hispanic speaking customers. I moved here from California, and what a joke of a business take your business banking elsewhere. This is a very unprofessional place.

Waited from 2:55 to 3:22 for help from a banker on how to activate something quite routine on my account. Twice, they assured me “we’ll be right with you,” while assisting other customers who came in after me. Eventually, a teller informed me they couldn’t assist me. I subsequently proceeded to nearby branch that was prompt to successfully see to my needs.

This is the worst bank I have ever had. The customer service is in trash. After filling a dispute for a fraudulent transaction for my business bank account they rendered a decision without asking me any questions for their investigation. Smart right. Trash bank. Don’t bank here. I’m stuck with them for now. But first chance I get I’m changing banks.

I came by last week and the dude didn't seem interested in helping with basic checking acct info., online banking info, like he was too busy to help.Came by this week, about 10am, different banker, Ms. Martinez was great! She was warm, patient and answered all my questions. Pnc needs more personnel like her! Was considering closing my checking but will give them another chance..

I really like this location. I normally go to a different branch. I am always greeted and helped promptly. I have never had to wait very long, if at all. The staff seem really cool. Always nice and friendly.

This bank never has help in the main lobby kids running the place, been in business for over 35 yrs, they wanted my original business documents DBA will take my business some were else, thank God for these reviews, it's a shame that HR doesn't look at these complaints

This place is really slow, thought coming early would help. Seems to only be worse.
