Scheduled a meeting with Karly and drove across town to attend the meeting on a work day. Karly was a no-show and did not make any effort to reschedule or cancel the meeting. Completely unprofessional and I will never use this branch or Karly ever again. Do better.

I went in to close my business checking account due to no use for it at this time. Viktoriya Henderson assisted me and was absolutely phenomenal! She informed me of a new banking product they had and opened up a new account where I can actually start accruing interest on the money sitting in my savings account versus the lousy 0.01% TDECU offers. She was so pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. She even wished me good luck on getting my business back going. I would recommend her for any and all needs you have when visiting this branch. Excellent service Mrs. Henderson, I couldn’t be more pleased!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My recent experience at this branch was absolutely infuriating. I initially went in to withdraw funds, but was advised by a teller (Samuel Blanco) to instead get a cashier’s check — supposedly the “better” option. That advice turned out to be completely misguided, as now there’s an unnecessary hold on my funds until April 16th, which prevents me from making a time-sensitive Roth IRA contribution.
When I returned to the branch to try to fix the situation, I was met with little to no urgency, accountability, or solutions. This has caused a major financial inconvenience for me, and I’m beyond disappointed with the lack of competence and care shown. I expected better from a financial institution that’s supposed to help manage and protect people’s money — not make things harder.
Do better.

I don't know if previous reviews are current but I have been with PNC over a year in this location and experienced nothing but professional and courteous service. They have been also very helpful in explaining their products in detail, which thanks to their advice I had opened other financial services for retirement.
I too read negative reviews but I like to come to my own conclusions and not be influenced by other opinions.

This bank is terrible ..Checks are all put on hold for days and funds won’t be available to use a day after you deposit them it takes 3 days for them to release funds Very inconvenient for customers and business owners I don’t even know how their stocks are trading at 180 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️it should be a 18 dollars stock ..Not a good bank at all

Worst bank service ever. First trip, the clerk misspelled my name , clerk said they can’t fix because it’s weekend. Second trip, went there fix my name in the system. Waited for two weeks never receive a debit card. Check online banking and found they flipped my family name and given name in system. Called, branch manager admitted that they made mistakes and said I would receive debit card with correct name in a week. Nothing happened. Third trip to the branch, they finally corrected my name and issued me a debit card. Took a month to get a debit card. ?The clerk and branch manager said the bank sent me cards. Never received any notice from USPS. I received cards and statements from other banks. Not sure usps only refuse to serve PNC bank or PNC just try to blame everything on usps.Avoid PNC or at least avoid this branch. Waste of time and they won’t apologize.
