They definitely need more team members and hours on Saturday.
I went in to open an account they had a line of people waiting and one of the ladies in the office on a phone call yelled they didn't have time, or enough time with what they already had to attend me, that i should come another day. I said perfect I don't need to bank here.

Spoke to a banker Kathy Q. That was extremely helpful . Great customer service and assisted me completely with all issue. I would recommend this bank to anyone that asks. In addition Jorge Troncoso and Carlos Ornelas have also been a blessing to any assistance I have needed. Thay are always willing to assist with the same respect and customer service. I just needed to acknowledge this is a top team.

Currently as this location for wire transfer and I did sign in. Waiting for more than 45 mins. They only have 1 person who can do wire and asking to see if I can go to different location. Very bad customer service.

I can definitely see why this bank has a low rating …. They do not give proper information over the phone . Tellers Aren’t very helpful ….. if you can go to the Tom all location avoid this by any cost ….. if I could give this whole place negative 5 stars best believe I would !

This was the worst bank experience in my life. There were 2 people working. One at the drive thru and one inside teller. I was the third person in line and it took a ridiculous long time just to make a deposit. Just like a previous review the Mgr walking around ingeniously thanking you for your patience. How about you help or get more people and then customers won't have to be thanked for their patience.

Even the customer service helpline has huge wait times. They said 10 min but I ended up holding for over an hour and then kept the phone down. Will be moving my money to another bank.
