Currently as this location for wire transfer and I did sign in. Waiting for more than 45 mins. They only have 1 person who can do wire and asking to see if I can go to different location. Very bad customer service.

I can definitely see why this bank has a low rating …. They do not give proper information over the phone . Tellers Aren’t very helpful ….. if you can go to the Tom all location avoid this by any cost ….. if I could give this whole place negative 5 stars best believe I would !

This was the worst bank experience in my life. There were 2 people working. One at the drive thru and one inside teller. I was the third person in line and it took a ridiculous long time just to make a deposit. Just like a previous review the Mgr walking around ingeniously thanking you for your patience. How about you help or get more people and then customers won't have to be thanked for their patience.

Even the customer service helpline has huge wait times. They said 10 min but I ended up holding for over an hour and then kept the phone down. Will be moving my money to another bank.

The lady that works at the front desk has horrible customer service skills . She is very rude and combative. Take your business elsewhere!!

I needed to deposit money in the ATM So my account wouldn’t overdrawn but the ATM wasn’t taking cash. With the new changed of name and all they need to provide better Service. They need a lot of improvement to make.

Don’t come here or to this bank. Priscilla the branch manager fails to give customers the information they need in a timely manner. Today they completely switched over to pnc and only had 2 tellers available and a huge line waiting for help. I stood in line for over 35 min just for them to tell me they don’t know where the locations are that I can get an instant card. Apparently no one in the office knows that information even the branch manager. Which is ridiculous to me. Go to another bank. Don’t waste your time here.

Do not come to this location.very discourteous staff with very long line.they do not care about customer's need and the urgency of their bussiness.I have been locked out of my online banking and branch manager wasn't helpfull at all.
