I visited a few Banks to open business accounts and this one made me feel the most welcome when I walked in the door. I was helped immediately. I met with Hugo and Jaime and they were both very professional and obviously good at what they do. I feel I made the right choice in the bank I decided on. Communication with both of them has been first class and they've always been there to answer my questions. I highly recommend this team.

Went in with the intention of transferring banks. Had to text some number before starting so the bankers could be tracked. (kind of weird). Then got decline for a credit card when I have good credit and no problems with finances (took me 5 min to get a new card when I went home). I think it's because the banker was to lazy to input my work/address history in full telling me it "would not matter". Also, the bathrooms were not very nice/clean.

The only branch I found that open on Saturday. Also, they provide the service of safe box and has available spaces. Hurry up now. The staff were great and helpful. Recommended.

Everyone who works up front is super nice, especially Blanca! Jermaine & Miriam have both been nice in the past as well. Pretty much everyone is really helpful except The Manager, Dinora. She is the rudest manager I have ever delt with at a bank or anywhere honestly. I know other people she has been very rude with as well. I even called the district Manager and complained about her but I believe it didn't help. I don't understand how she can actually still be employed as the manager here. BBVA must be really short on employees due to Covid because otherwise I feel she would be gone. Dinora is my reason for the 2 stars. If she was removed, this location would easily be 4 or 5 stars!

I really enjoy going to the PNC branch at Memorial and Dairy Ashford. The manager Hugo is very friendly. Carla is a sweet person, she always has a smile on her face. I think Richard Moir is fantastic at what he does, he is very knowledgeable and he goes above and beyond. I am not familiar with the rest of the staff, but they are all wonderful and have great during this transition to PNC! Thank you PNC branch at Memorial and Dairy Ashford, love you all, keep up the great work!

Sitting here right now. Walked in. No one talked to me. No one looked up. I'm closing my accounts because since I opened the account I STILL don't have access to view my accounts or access money electronically. I've tried multiple times. I've emailed multiple times. I've been told to talk to back office... Back office tells me to go in branch. Horrible office. I can see why BBVA was destined to be bought out with anyone with a better business acumen. RIP.

BBVA Bank has inexperienced personnel in their business department and if you are seeking business solutions I highly recommend you do not look here. I was interested in a unsecured line of credit and spoke with Dinora Argueta over the phone and she informed that BBVA can help and they do provide a lines to outside customers. While speaking to her it seem like she didn't know what documents she needed and that's when I got skeptical. However, she got help from Fabiola Gonzalez( Business Banking Officer) and she call me and that's when I thought to give it a try. On the first day we met I waited for almost 2 hours just for her to attend our schedule meeting. In our meeting I provided the requested documents and she review and was definitely confident that the amount I was looking for will be offered if not somewhere close. A week later Dinora ask for the same documents that I sent and more paperwork to filled out that was not even pertaining to what I was looking for. I tried following up with Fabiola with a email,text,call and did not get a respond. We finally heard back from the underwriter and they only approved 15% for what I asking for which was a joke. Another employee name Jermaine intervene and tried to help and said the reason why is because I do not bank with them. Dinora and Fabiola knew this, review all of our company financials but the proper due diligence should of been made. Most Banks and Banking Professionals are very transparent about their lending options to their customers and outside customers however this was not the case. Now I have to deal with a hard inquiry on my credit report.

Rude bank teller manager... would not leave her name or position until I asked for bank manager for the 3rd time... still don't know her name. I will be banking with chase and removing my funds from bbva. Not worth the hassle and slow service

Not a good experience overall. Was looking to move from a different bank to this one which is closer to us. Yes, many nice people work there, but I won't get into the details of who or why, but we ended up staying with our current bank due to the lack of professional service. If you don't own a business and just want a free checking account then this is the bank for you. If you want a more business oriented, professional bank, I'd look elsewhere.

Everyone in this branch location is very nice. Robert, the branch manager always is looking to make you feel welcomed. I'm sad that they are closing this branch and will have to find a new one.
