I’ve had such a great experience with this bank from the very start. Omar made setting up my account effortless — everything was handled so smoothly that I didn’t have to worry about a thing. But I have to say, the real star of the show is Miss Roz. She made me feel comfortable from day one, walking me through the process with kindness and patience. Any time I have a question or need help, I know exactly who to call. Having people like Omar and Miss Roz here makes all the difference, and I’m truly grateful for the way they’ve taken care of me.

Joselyn provided amazing service in assisting me with opening my account. When I accidentally left my Batman wallet containing hundreds of dollars at the branch after making a deposit, Luz promptly contacted me and safeguarded it until I could return during my lunch break. Was not able to help with change of last name. Chubby lady at this location did not have a friendly attitude and was not able to help.Asked for too many documents and went with the same documents I had previously to another PNC in aldine and they were able to help me there.

Do not try to do business with this branch.My initial interaction with the branch manager was great. She gave a wide smile, used all the "we would love to discuss your becoming a new customer." phrases. I forwarded the requested records. They responded soon with an appt time to have a Zoom like mtg at her office with 3 other PNC associates that work with small businesses. Again, great presentation of all the things they could do for me and my business. One day, two days, three days go by without any communication back from them. I send the branch manager (smiley face) an email, then leave a voice mail, then another email asking for the status of their decision on my opening a new account. NOTHING. I mean ghosting is not even a strong enough phrase to use. Why not place a call? Or if that is too much for you, send an email stating "We have rev'd your history/paperowrk and have chosen not to do business with you. Good luck with your endeavors."So, take this for what it is worth. Another PNC branch may treat you differently, so at least give them a chance.

Unbelievable how worst is their system. They have to call customer call center to verify internal details about your account. Frustration and just frustration every time I have to go to this bank. I will switch my business bank asap.

My stimulus check is going to be hold for 8 days before I can use my funds. I definitely going to switch banks. I can't even see my stimulus check in my online account 0/10 customer service is NOT available 24/7 like other banks 0/10This type of bank is good if you out of high school but if you want a professional bank go somewhere else. Just read the reviews.

This branch only can help u open an account but cannot help resolve it.Saying the system cannot see my details.....Basically they will take your money but when things go wrong they won't help explain

I waited inside the branch for over 5 minutes before anyone addressed me. The teller was extremely rude and short with me. Maybe it was due to the fact that I didn’t have an account with Compass. My employer banks with them and my plan was to open an account but I definitely will be taking my business elsewhere and will inform my friends and family as well. Hopefully, it’s only this branch that has poor customer service. Better luck next time
