This is the worst bank in the world. They will have you sitting in the lobby for over thirty minutes. It look like with one bank teller on one representative in office. While three or four people wait to get seen. I will not recommend this bank to no one. Especially on 1960 they are the worst branch office there is.

PNC owners, get your act together, how difficult it is to do things here, it is empty, they have no clients and there is no way for them to make a business account. They want to give you an appointment for 3 days or more, but not only that, any procedure is complicated with PNC, such It seems like they don't want to get clients, then they stay when technology displaces them as is happening.

Another terrible brick and mortar. I’m in here answering questions I’ve answered a 1000 times simply to withdraw rent money! I’ve drawn out over $3500 this month from direct deposits in Dec alone yet I’m trying to get a withdrawal for 750$ bucks and it’s like I’m a suspect. Been in here for 40 min trying to make a withdrawal over things that should’ve been verified with the opening of my account. No wonder chime and cash app can make they own space and start scamming ppl, these banks are freaking horrible!!!!!!!

The person who help when you first walk in makes you feel a criminal! She was not friendly at all and set the tone for how I felt about opening an account with this bank.

Laura is a fantastic teller! She always has a great attitude, is very helpful, and she always personalizes the customer experience. When I walk in, she remembers my name and my previous visit. She is a perfect employee!

I stopped by after work yesterday to add a beneficiary to an account. I was told to bring that beneficiary with me next time with two forms of ID. The person who told me this is totally incompetent and needs to be retrained on policies and procedures. I would love to give a survey grade of 0. I had to take time before work next day to get this done right at a different branch. Turns out, didn’t need to bring a beneficiary after all. Good job, PNC.

Horrible service, teller at the window was acting like I was trying to do fraud for a simple withdrawal, sent the tube like 3 times. Even asked for another debit card from another bank. I gave her my driver's license and social security number like really!! Horrible service, had me waiting for 30 minutes for non sense. Hire more people that have common sense.

Lady banker so rude and raising her voice after a simple question about my account. Always had a bad experience with customer service at drive-thru and with tellers this branch location. Today was worse.Please trained your personnel to get good customer service and provide them with information for customer about accounts options, instead of telling customers to look online.

They need more staff. Super slow. I will never stop by this one branch again. It’s always too much of a wait and only one teller working. It’s not fair for them and customers. Hire people!!
