Right in the heart of the worst traffic comes probably one of the worse kept motels ive ever seen. 2 sets of stairs for the whole place, no working elevators and the rooms were so much worse, ugh!

Do not think they are above submitting fake reviews I have lived in bear creek 10 years hotel hasn’t changed for sure I looked at some of the reviews some of them are definitely a bold face lie

I advise anyone NOT TO STAY at this this place! I was treated like an animal by the wife of the owner! I paid for one night, I simply wanted a coffee and the wife of the owner made a big deal about it! I’m from Europe , I’m used to good hospitality, not be treated this way! There are many more motels along high way 6 in Houston and I advise anyone not to stay at this place! The husband of this rude woman is a great person but the wife is a pathetic rude miserable person! I personally won’t be staying at this place anymore and I advise future customers to choose else to stay, not the bear creek in! My next email and phone call will be to the better business Bureau to make a formal complain for bad treatment toward my self as a paying customer.

A 2 star motel but there weren’t any robberies or break ins while we were there. The workers looked worn down and were drenching sweat..looked to be on the verge of passing out. I was truly worried and offered water. Any who the rooms, blankets, and floors could use some work honestly. The rooms were inexpensive, so that was a plus.

Staff is friendly. Rooms are in a good condition, not your 5 star hotels but it will do the job if you dont want to spend too much or just need the room for a quick shower after work and rest a few hours if you're traveling. Its near a bar, some mexican food so win win in my book.

Hidden cherry right next to busy i10 and katy. Everything works as it should, clean floors, bedding, towels. Hot water. Housekeeping is awesome, cheerful people, front desk always kind. 4 stays here. Zero problems.

They gave me a room with funky sheets and a huge crack between the door and frame where daylight would shine through and the noisy people who would loiter on the balcony would sound as if they're having a party at the foot of your bed. Also I was bitten repeatedly and am pretty sure it was bed bugs. This motel isn't worth what they rent it for. You've been warned

The absolute worst place to stay in all of the west area. Filthy with stained sheets so beware of bugs. A real bad element of people hang around this place.I don't ever recommend this dump!

AVOID THIS PLACE!! The pictures are deceiving. Half the rooms are torn up on first floor of third floor building. Elevator does not work, toilet was not secured on floor wobbled when I sat on it. “Maintenance” was supposed to come fix they never showed up. They charge you a 4% fee for using a credit card that they dont tell you about. I told Sunni I was going to give a bad review she said she didnt care to go ahead. She asked why I stayed there and I said the pictures were deceiving and told her she was nothing but a greedy ghetto Indian.
