My doctor Joy Ebomwony is awesome. .the best doctor I ever had. I’m 62 years older .No doctors ever gave me her ? % of her time . She go beyond her duties to just help me and see me. She is the most wonderful person in the world as a doctor as a person and specially as a Christian! ?

This clinic is really impressive! I took my mom there recently, it’s neat, and I can only think of good experiences right from the front desk to the doctors office. On top of it all, the attending physician we saw that day was just amazing. Dr. Joy Ebomwonyi! She’s obviously very knowledgeable in her field, really patient and you can tell that she truly cares. My mom’s health significantly improved, just because she listened carefully to my mom’s complaints and changed her medications, plus she gave valuable OTC advice, we really think that did the magic too. I’ll recommend this clinic to anyone in a heartbeat.

This is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to in my life. They tell you you’ll receive your lab results within 2 weeks but they never call you or update you. Every time I call, the lady who answers tells me “they are going to go pick up the results now …or after lunch, then they will call you.” Is this some type of sick joke? Then I called again, and the lady says “A third party for the City of Houston drew the blood and the nurse will be going to get the results today… or after lunch.” The same thing once again with added information!! I told her that should have been explained to me at the time of my appointment!!! They make you sign your name on 11 documents beforehand and when you asked the office clerks more information they just keep telling you to “print your name on each page” they have no knowledge whatsoever about any of the medical information presented! I am disturbed and disgusted about my experience at this clinic. It is inhumane and absurd. Please hire more professional, educated staff going forward, because this is absolutely unacceptable and horrendous customer service.

First off, let me say that Bee Busy does provide needed services to the community, however, they play a large role in providing a toxic work environment to anyone who is from the LGBT+ community. I was constantly harassed by my direct supervisor, a cisgender blank woman. She would make comments like, "why am I only working on gay stuff?" I am not she was aware of what grant I was working for, but I was hired to work for the LGBT+ community. I reported to HR multiple times with no resolution, their conclusion was I was I was making it up. During my time two others quit or got fired, and coincidentally they were both from the LGBT+ community. I also reported to both the founders and the CEO of the practices made by my direct supervisor and HR, but their response was the same. I eventually went on medical leave because my doctor realized the trauma I was enduring was affecting my daily quality of life. When I put in my two week's notice, I was threatened not to disclose anything and I haven't until now. I do not want any other member of the LGBT+ community go through what I went through.I also want to add....I referred a friend to apply for one of their education positions and their interview was appalling!My friend is a transgender man who has a ton of experience and well qualified for the role. However, during their interview they asked if being trans would interfere with educating the youth. Wow!

I went for my first visit today and let me tell you… THESE WOMEN ARE AMAZING! Very sweet & very helpful. I fell in love with this office. I had an amazing talk with one of the nurses and doctor and they made me feel so much better about myself. I schedule another appointment with them at the end of my visit and i will continue to go to them. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

One of the worst clinics I’ve ever been to. So inefficient and very unprofessional. I wish I never went. Took forever to give lab results, disorganized, do not care about patients, do not answer the phone but answering Google reviews…enough said

Horrible unprofessional staff. I called to make an appointment that was extremely important. The staff continously put my calls on hold and ignored the calls. Never got to make an appointment. What are u doing as soon as u open that you can't take calls for appointments. Worst experience I've ever had.

Horrible service ! When I arrived at this location the waiting room was a war zone. Chairs appeared like musical chairs was played. There was tacky Halloween decorations on the wall. The first point of contact which was the receptionist was not fit for the front desk. She had red hair and never smiled once.But the true nightmare was Brenda ! She walked in the room never introduced her self. Brenda name badge was turn around ( I later got her name from another team member ). She was rude and lack customer relations skills. Her job requires her to ask personal questions which she made me feel violated. Her spirit was demonic. The NP was knowledgeable and presented her self well. She brought another staff member in the room with her. The lady never introduced her self. As a patient I only want to see the NP. I never experience a body guard being present. She served no purpose for being in the room. To be honest the M.A are not needed. I would rather tell the NP my concerns. This office should ask the patient if they are ok with having another person in the room.

Comfortable, quiet , stress free testing . The Phlebotomist Tim is the best. I was really nervous and he talked to me the whole time made me really comfortable.

Excellent service, wonderful caring knowledgeable workers, works with all types of income...definitely a place to come to keep up with your health. Glad I went.
