I really wanted to say thank you!
I had ordered a sample of F&B sulking room pink online. And when I wanted to get a gallon, thought I'd try someone local. I called and they were VERY KIND and helpful they even brought to my doorstep the very next morning!
Bc of this is will be back for more paint. Ty so much! Wonderful customer service.

This is by far my favorite place to buy paint. The new 19th St location also sells Farrow & Ball. I’ve been in several times, will always come back. Ask for Nash! He so helpful.

I thought the woman in the store was very helpful but the paint I wanted to buy was $15 more expensive than BM online. They would not price match. Beware they set their own prices

This store has the best customer service of ANY store to which I've ever been. If they don't have the paint I need, they'll get it for me. If the color doesn't match right, they'll spend a great deal of time making it right. Like so particular-- in the best way! It's just ridiculous- both the quality and the service. Places like this don't exist anymore: I'm so happy this one does.

Do yourself a favor and buy paint from Home Depot where you can return the paint if not opened.
