I have two kids and was able to get only one yeti rambler on the yeti site (due to color preference) but my other daughter wanted purple (which yeti didn't have) so I moved heaven and earth to find the purple yeti at Bering's. Even paid $15 shipping. But Bering's reached out days later to tell me they had no purple yetis in stock, after confirming. Now I have to get another and pay shipping again. Terribly disappointed that they could not provide this information from the beginning.

I always enjoy shopping at Bering's! Whether you need essentials in your home or outdoors, want to browse higher end items, or try out unique food items, this is your spot. Bering's has always been my go-to for fresh coffee grounds; I haven't tried a flavor yet that I didn't enjoy!

If you are considering using Bering's for your wedding registry base, I would reconsider. They say they have been calling me and emailing me, but I only have one missed call from them and two emails in the last two months. When I called back immediately, I was sent to a corporate phone tree. Meanwhile, they got upset with my mother for my "not being communicative" when she went to pick up my gifts for me. The lack of friendly tech integration combined with semi-rude customer service has worsened my opinion of Bering's.

Berings is my favorite place to go during the Holidays I love their beautifully decorated trees, & big china selection. The Ladies in each section are kind, very knowledgeable & listen. I always leave here feeling great!

I've been coming to Bering's since I was a little kid. It's like walking into a museum to some extent due to all the amazing products they carry. My parents went there, and so many of my friends still go there and my family and I now go there. My favorite thing to get from Bering's is the Italian and Espresso Roast coffee. This is probably the best coffee that I have ever tasted in my entire life. It's quality is outstanding! If you get a chance to either order a drink or get a bag of coffee beans, I would suggest getting an order before you go. Every time I visit Houston, I always stop at Bering's for coffee and candy.

This store is so impressive and the staff is wonderful. You can tell the difference right when you walk through the door that the staff enjoys being there, is there to help you and takes pride in wearing the badge on their shirt. Rare to find that these days, and is also rare I'd be writing a review for a "Hardware store" but it is most certainly deserved and found myself wanting to do so. Thank you Royce for your help and will see you next time!

Going to Berings’s is such a treat. The amazing selection of tools, household products for your every need, and products for the whole family are unbeatable. There’s no other store like it. I wish I could give this store more than 5 stars for the customer service alone.

I can count the places with both knowledgable and courteous customer service in this city on one hand. And Im missing some fingers. I'd go there more often if they didnt close at 1700.

As a life long Houstonian, I’ve shopped at Bering’s for many years. The combination of hardware along with residential contents, stationary, women’s and men’s clothing is ingenious from a retail perspective. That being said, I’ve never been moved to write a review until now. The level of person service I received from Ken Brown while shopping for men’s wear today was above and beyond. He was able to anticipate my wishes and needs, somehow managing to be steps ahead of me in my buying experience. Outstanding!
