Berkeley Eye Center - Weslayan location provides excellent service. Every employee that I have encountered has been top notch. My last two visits have been with Dr. Bonem and her staff. They provided the excellent care that I have always received at Berkley Eye Center - Weslayan. I highly recommend them.

Great experience! I’ve been coming to this location for year. I was called in right at my appointment time and everyone is really nice. Had an especially fun time shopping for glasses with Michelle! It took over an hour and a half because I’m indecisive and she was helpful and fun the whole time. We had too much fun

OMG !!! They gave me an appointment and told me I was in network with that doctor. I WAS NOT !!! So do your own footwork or you may have a big bill.

Good luck actually getting ahold of them, they never pick up the phone or give you any updates for ordered glasses. Most of the 5 star reviews are just made to enter a monthly raffle. And before you leave a generic reply to this review, I did call your office manager twice and never got a reply.

I’ve been going to this office for 20 years and have not had a single issue until recently. There’s a serious staffing issue going on here! No one ever answers the phone. I received completely different frames from what my children picked out. I also received a bill when I paid for my appointment in full. When I did get someone on the phone to resolve this, they never followed then proceeded to send me an additional bill. The level of service at this location has totally went to SHIT ! The doctors are great but the admin staff is clearly not doing their job. I’m dealing with these issues months later ! Save yourself the headache and go to the Sugar Land location.

I meet with recommended Dr. Regina Sun for my cataract surgery at Berkeley Eye Center. Excellent Experience.
Then I meet Miss Jennifer Galvan who set up my appointment and went through my preparation for my surgery and answered all my questions. I asked about FMLA assistance and was direct to Miss Christina Danley who along with Dr. Sun helped fill out my forms.
Even my phone calls to the office were handled with immediate and courteous attention by Miss Anna Losoya who works the call center. Recently had my eye surgery and can see again, best Christmas present ever, courtesy of the Ladies listed above at Berkeley Eye Center! I Highly recommend Berkeley for all your eye needs 5 Stars for Excellent Service above and beyond. Thank You...

There is a MAJOR scheduling issue going on at this place - you don't get 5 HOURS behind from just a few visits going over time. I'm currently writing this from the office an hour AFTER closing despite being here since this morning - and there's still 2 patients still ahead of us. All of the front office staff, plus several nurses have left for the day - they headed out the second the clock struck 2 and we were instructed to knock on some window if we need help. I've never seen such inefficiency, even for a doctor's office.
EDIT- they CANCELED surgery after 6 hours of waiting.

I needed to pick up some contacts but was unable to get here before they closed. Michelle went above and beyond by reaching out to me and letting me know that she would stick around and make sure I got my contacts. She absolutely did not have to do that, but it’s a testament to the care that this place puts into their patients needs. Highly recommended!
