Best Buy offers nothing but frustration and confusion. I squandered over 35 min with them. The actual service they offer is trite and wasting the customer's time. It is just something to behold how bad they are in all respects. The business needs to be put out of its misery badly.

poor customer service. they are showing too much of items in their website & noting is available. i try to buy a gas dryer (DVG50R5200W) so why we want to give a business to this company

There is no worse customer service on the planet. Ordered a TV so Best Buy delivers the mounting bracket and not the TV! They arbitrarily reschedule the TV delivery so I'm just out a day.
