Strange, the lost prevention team in the front forced me to acknowledge them. Strange considering i didnt want tk i just wanted to buy somethings and leave.
I came in with a versace purse and dressed casual. I dont fit the profile of anyone whos shadey or anything.
The guy in the front “black shirt“ like hollared at me... I could have died i was so embarrassed. I never had anyone ask me so loudly if i needed help.
I get i kinda ignored whenever they welcomed me because I didn’t want to engage or talk to anyone.
but to draw attention to me by screaming at me was insane.
The staff does give kinda ghetto vibes.

I went to Best Buy to find a screen saver and get a new phone case for my IPhone., One store associate told me they didn’t have any more phone cases and screen savers for IPhone 12 Pro Max just as I was leaving another associate came to me asked me if I needed help. I told him and he found me a case and screen saver for my IPhone 12 ProMax. Thank you Best Buy❤️

This is the worst Best Buy location in the world. I spend over $10k a year with Best Buy, because there aren’t very many options anymore, but I have never had a good experience at this store and go out or my way to go to the Gulfgate location which is 100000000 times better! The staff and even the managers here SUCK. They really don’t care and do the absolute minimum. Three times this week I’ve had to come here for stuff we need at the office… altogether over $12,000.00… all 3 times I had problems and had to call the 1-800 number IN THE STORE when the manager has been unable/unwilling to help! The store staff are worthless for helping! The 1800 number takes FOREVER, but at least they try to fix problems

It’s gotten so frustrating shopping at Best Buy over the years. Really only worth it if you’re going to choose store pickup otherwise be prepared to get frustrated about something.
