The general manager, Victor, is rude. He wouldn’t listen to what I was saying. I simply needed help looking for an all-in-one computer. He couldn’t even tell me that I was in line; he just made me stand there feeling foolish. I ended up just asking another woman Ms. Kim who was able to at least tell me where the computers were. I would not recommend coming to this store if you want respect from the basic manager.

Does anybody know how to get ahold of anybody working at this store. I purchased an $1149.00 laptop and was promised a credit because the laptop was discontinued by the manufacturer and no stores carry it since about few weeks after my purchase. I ended up with some severe medical conditions and I was just told by the customer care call center that I need to speak to a store manager and “hopefully” they can re enter the information so that I may get my credit. I am very disappointed because I am a loyal customer and I am being told the manufacturer cannot replace it or fix it. I was also told that because I didn't go in a certain amount of time (which was never specified because the laptop was literally a loss), they can’t grant the credit. I explained the severity of my medical conditions that prevented me from going into the store and I was told go speak to a manager and “hopefully” he is willing to grant you the credit. AGAIN , MY MEDICAL CONDITIONS PROHIBIT ME FROM STANDING, SITTING, DRIVING, LAYING, AND/OR WALKING FOR 15 MINUTES & I’m being told $1149.00 are going to the trash!! I don’t think so. With that said does anyone know how to get ahold of the store??

They were fast, very helpful , very human, but rather with a touch of modern technology , that eliminates the unwanted need of manpower , allowing some of the prices to be cheaper , i bought some high end products at an extremely reasonable price.

pretty good. your average Best Buy. Website seems up to date. They showed what was in the store, only online, I had someone help me get my JBL flex pods which was cool. Nice crowd.

My wife and I recently shopped at this location, looking for a new laptop. The staff was quick to approach us to see what we were interested in. We soon found out that the lady "helping" us was not at all knowledgeable about the products she was trying to sell us. She ended up wandering off, and when we had decided on a laptop, we were told by a supervisor that we had to wait for the lady that was originally "helping" us. By that time, she was with another customer, and the other two employees that were not busy told us the same. We had to wait for her. After 15 minutes of waiting and other employees dodging our glances, we left. As we were walking out, the supervisor asked: "Are you sure you don't want to wait for her?" No customer service skills whatsoever. Unknowledgeable staff. I hope Amazon puts them out of business.
