I saw some 32" TVs for under $100 online for in-store purchase, but once I got to the store they didn't have any of those in stock. Then, they sold me a trash TV (TCL) that looks like a display from 1978. The picture is terrible. Do not recommend.

We went to pick up a laptop, and the line was quick, efficient, and effortless. I'm not close to this location. I had to drive 50 minutes to get here but it was worth the customer service.

I was there with someone to pickup a purchase. Their experience was a longer than comfortable wait time to pick up their purchase. I was comfortable in their parking lot, and recommend it to anyone that is a passenger and doesn't want to go into Bestbuy.

Limited stock on advertised items, no real cohesion when queuing in to their "assistance queue" I waited over 30 min for help and it was not busy, but I guess it is for nothing because nobody communicated with me and had to reach out about product. Turns out they don't have it nor do they ship it. In other words I wasted my time.

Bad Service: came in today to buy a new desktop walked the computer section for 15 minutes no one’s offered to help and didn’t see anyone to assist. Everyone just standing in the front chit chatting.

I have been trying to get in communication with someone that can help my case since September for a laptop I never received and yet they expect me to pay for. They have gave me no solutions besides telling me to contact law enforcement which makes no sense because what is the law enforcement going to do if nothing has been stolen since I have not received anything. They do not want to be held responsible and just have me going in circles and I always end up with the same answer. I’m to the point where I just decided to write bad reviews for every Best Buy hoping this will catch their attention and provide me a solution or some information. It is absurd they expect to pay over a thousand dollars and yet they refuse to even allow me to speak to someone higher than customer service. I have opened cases which they repeatedly stated they would update me through email and I have yet to receive an email. They have the correct email. I’ve checked my spam and it is not even there. They do not even care enough to update me - worst service I have received so this will be one of many bad reviews.
