I’m a pretty well know podcaster here in Houston, so I spend quite a bit of money here weekly. But this was my issue. I walked in today and the greeting gentleman was nice and polite. I asked “if there were any apple pencils gen 1 in stock”. He then confirmed they did and the location. As I went to go look at the product to weigh out my options on getting the Apple Pencil or maybe another brand, they were not out on display as if none were in stock. Which was cool, so I asked the elder Arab gentleman in the windows electric register towards the back of the store “the guy in the front stated you guys have apple pencils generations 1, I wanted to see it because you all only have the Apple pencils generation 2 out on display”. He literally look at me and said “it’s cost 100”. I said “I know.. I wanted to see it”. He then rang it up on the cash register and said “it cost 107.17 with tax. Pay and I’ll go get it for you”. I was beyond embarrassed and felt profiled. There were other black ppl in the store, who over heard it. I even mentioned to the Hispanic girl next to me “that I wish I could of seen the product first.. did they do that to you”? The Arab elder said “thank you”.. I was so shocked at his actions I did not say anything back, I just wanted to leave out of embarrassment.. but I felt at least someone have to hear this. So I approached the same polite guy I spoke to at the front door and told him my embarrassment. I felt like the elder guy was implementing I did not have the fund to purchase the item and he would not even bring out the product so I can verify the item before the purchase.. the elder man knew he offended me, he even followed me to the front of the store to watch me tell the young guy in the front. I even mentioned there were witnesses and that was not professional at all.. I am upset, embarrassed, and I never want to do business with Best Buy as a whole from this situations..

When I visited this place today, I was quite impressed with the manager's outstanding service. They took a professional, sympathetic, and understanding stance. They were quite skilled in handling the problem and listened intently to my worries. This caliber of service is uncommon and much valued. Thanks to the excellent administration, this store offers excellent customer service, which is why I heartily recommend it.

I work from home and my laptop charger gave out on me. I placed an order through DoorDash for the convenience( Insignia 65W Universal Black Laptop Charger) come to find out im missing the one part I need the USB-C connection. This caused me to clock out of work and lose pay for the day. I had to call my super and explain what was going on. This was not a good look for me. This caused me to clock out of work and lose pay for the day. I had to call my super and explain what was going on. This was not a good look for me. I purchased this char with my own money and DoorDash would only refund $28.63 when I pay almost 54$. Instead of this process being a convenience it became an inconvenience. I was sold a returned product with missing parts.

They were good customer.service satisfied with my experience but hard to find the place. They should give better instructions. Maps only.takes.you to the mall not to the area around the mall where they are located.
