Bought an ps4 controller 64$ take it home to find out it’s a fake controller I take it right back ..the manager Blake says it’s nothing he can do … smh people please check yall items in or outside of the store… they have workers placing fake items in boxes …WATCH OUT !!!

Something extremely off about this place. Customer service sucks, they had a random guy in there taking everyone’s picture, I asked about it and they didn’t give me an answer. Then asked me for an ID for purchasing a mouse. And wouldn’t give me a clear reason why. Weirdest experience I’ve ever had at a Best Buy. Wouldn’t return

All the employees here and yet no one at the registers. How awesome and then they have you running to customer service to pay oh wait no now at the repair area. Oh wait nvm come back to front register by the doors. Love how you’re in a great mood and they totally kill it…

They sold me fake airpods and refuse to honor the purchase. We tried to exchange the item and the manager treated us like we thieves. We tried to return the item within 2 hours of the purchase.
