They're remodeling this store. I walked in and there is a person who's supposed to direct you where to go. He was busy so I waited and waited. Then I turned to see 3 guys standing under a sign that read cell phones so I figured they couldn't help me because I needed help with a laptop. Nonetheless, we had a staring contest while they mostly conversed with one another. Finally I got fed up and asked a guy coming from the back and he directed me to the cellphone guys who were all too happy to help now. He brought out the laptop I was curious about and after thinking about it, I left without purchasing. This best buy has the worst customer service even before the remodel.

My 69 year old mother brought her computer in and they said her motherboard is corrupt and that she would be better spending $1200 on a new computer but didn't offer her an option of replacing a $150 motherboard. They tried to extort my mother. Please do not go to this Best Buy or use their Geek Squad because they will take advantage of anyone that they can. I see a post here dated 6 days ago that is exactly the same issue as mine. I just had TWO laptop gaming systems, priced over $1,700.00, picked up yesterday 3/18/25 from your store using my bank card number. I live in Fort Worth Texas!! Miles away from your store!! How does this happen when, according to the previous review, your employees ask for proof of identity before releasing the items. Seems to me you have an internal theft issue going on. Why else would they not follow stores policy by completing ID verification? What’s sad is, they completely wiped my bank account out. I’m now over $900.00 in the negative because of your stores negligence. What money was left in there was for bills. Now I’m also showing overdraft fees because of this. I work hard, pay my bills on time, and an honest abiding citizen. To have some creep take advantage of me and leave me destitute until my next paycheck two weeks away is so disheartening. What’s even more disheartening is to know there’s a business establishment that couldn’t care less about their customers by being so lax in store policies and not verifying identity. I know these creeps doing this are on camera. The least you can do is allow that video to be reviewed by the victim and submitted to police. I will be taking time out of my busy work day today to go to my bank to try to get my money back and I will also be filing a police report today and filing a report with the FTC as well. Also, why is social media (twitter, facebook, instagram) the only way to discuss this issue with your store? I don’t use social media!! You should provide customers the option to directly call your store when these urgent issues arise!! I agree with the prior theft review posted. DO BETTER TO PROTECT THE PUBLIC AND YOUR CUSTOMERS!!

A purchase of a PlayStation 5 was made on 01/31/2025 online and picked up at this location. I live over 4 HOURS away. Obviously my information was compromised and I notified my bank immediately. Their emails states a valid ID must be present to this item up. I have been battling with bank to reverse charges but because it was my email and card it is a BEST BUY issue. I have Tried to reach ouch but getting through is impossible as there is no local number to call. They out source phone calls to an overseas call center. A simple look at cameras on the date and time of pickup would easily help me in the return of my hard earned money but I feel this would expose insufficiency and a breakdown in their own protocols to pickup orders. They even had the nerve to send me a survey on my recent purchase. DO BETTER AND HELO YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Come here if you like to be followed around like a thief while you shop. Spend your money elsewhere. Terrible staff.

I went here with my boyfriend so he could grab some computer items. Since I didn’t need anything he was looking at I decided to browse the store. Employees continued to follow me around and you could see the computer monitor in the center was following me. I was asked at least 3 times in 5 minutes if there was something I was doing or looking for and I let them politely know I was just looking. A fourth employee approached me to question what I was doing as my boyfriend walked back up to me with his items. He saw him and said oh never mind and walked away. Very uncomfortable. On our way to check out we stopped to look at the AirPods and was approached very aggressively by a woman in a yellow vest about buying headphones. She then would not leave and was basically touching shoulders with me while I tried to shop. We were then followed to check out and watched the whole time we checked out.
Are you not allowed to browse a shopping store? I don’t understand.
We should’ve spent our $400 elsewhere.

An individual made a fraudulent charge with my mother’s card. A simple ID check would have prevented this but somehow a Playstation 5 was able to picked up by someone whose name would not have matched the information used online to make this purchase. Our local best buy requires proof of ID on all purchases, especially large ones. A huge policy and procedure flaw at this location that now became our problem.

I ordered an iPhone on jan 4th and for some reason the shipment was delayed and I didn’t get notified until I started to contact UPS and it was awful because they keep transferring my call around, until finally found out that do to bad weather it is delayed until further notice, so I decided to call this location(BestBuy), talked to Joshua to cancel the order but again he said he couldn’t help me and “transferred the call to someone else “ but then hung up;
But because I need the phone for work and need the money to look around if I can find one locally.
I don’t write reviews much but I think it would help somebody to reconsider ordering online from this company, if you want to cancel an order you more likely won’t get help
