BEWARE!!! I ordered all appliances for my new house from Best Buy at West Oaks. I spent over $21,000. Not one item was delivered correctly. My $13,000 Thermadore Grand PRO commercial gas oven was delayed for weeks because the delivery service said we needed a 220 plug. We paid our builder $1,000 to rip out our wall and install a 220 plug. When the delivery people plugged the stove in, the stove blew up because it should have been a 110 plug. I have to wait 6 weeks without an oven for a new delivery. We also ordered a LG washer and dryer that was supposed to be delivered last Saturday. It was on order for at least 2 months. The dryer was delivered. When I called to find out what happened to the washer, they said that someone from the Bunker Hill store cancelled it a month ago. Now I have to wait another 2-3 weeks for another washer. I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND BEST BUY TO ANYONE!

I had an appointment today 1/7/24 at 1:40pm to fix my iPhone 15 pro screen, and when I got there the apple certified repair technician told me that he didn’t have the part. Nobody bothered to call me to let me know before making the trip to the store. Looked to me as he just didn’t want to work, and just wanted to keep talking to the security guard at the front of the store. Horrible customer service experience!

I’ve bought cell phones from BB before, and this is the first time they want $250 to transfer my data…and they need ~5 hrs??Left and bought my phone elsewhere…and they transferred my data at no additional charge..in about 30 min.BB is the Blockbuster of 2025…fading fast. And so superwoke ?

Very friendly staff and very helpful.Update store is smaller but still the same friendly service
