Always a good experience , helpful staff who are quite technical to assist in variety of needs. Pricing is not bad either. Isles and shelves are clean and stacked properly attracting customers. Somewhat overwhelm with all the choices for similar item which is great in a way , from.lower coast to higeper customer need.Parking is plenty but the turn from road is busy so watch for traffic even at the parking lot, busy location.

Great experience at this Best Buy. Went to physically look at a washer-dryer set. Was nicely treated at the door. And a nice gentleman named Solomon escorted us to the area. I gave him the “specs” and features I wanted. We identified a set, and Solomon printed a summary of the total costs with installation and haul away. Got everything I needed. Since I needed to get my laundry room renovated first, I was given follow up information to order my set later from Luis. Excellent customer service from both gentlemen.

Front door security was too busy chatting up with employees when I walked in. I came in for an exchange with customer service, since I had purchased an item that was missing components. I stood at the customer service for a couple minutes before I was told by the front door that I need to stand in the check out line in order to get customer service. During this period of time 6 new customers queued up and I expressed that time was an issue. She and 2 other employees just standing there smirking about how "unfortunate" my circumstances were and that I'd have to wait.So thank you Best Buy for helping me waste gas and time of my day driving to and from your business only to be disrespected by a bunch kids who don't check thoroughly returned items. I joined the plus membership and this is the second time I've had to come back for missing equipment and components.

In writing this while standing in Best buy. I had Valencia help me out and she was very nice and helped as much as she could, until she handed us over to another girl who was very disrespectful. I couldn't get her name but she has long black curly hair with light brown highlights. I think that if she wanted to keep her job she wouldn't have answered any of my questions the way she did. I work with customers myself and the way she treated me as a customer was terrible, i would have never treated my customers this way.

Recently came in with my parents to purchase a tv, my experience was amazing. Luis, Colton, Mathew and the whole Best Buy team for that manner were very helpful and patient. They showed what giving a great customer service experience means!

I've been shopping at Best Buy Willow Brook frequently, and my recent experience on Black Friday was great. The presence of ample security made me feel safe throughout my visit. I appreciate the level of safety measures they have in place. Overall, I enjoy shopping here.

2nd time coming here to see if they had something I was looking for, camera related. Asked to see if I could get some help, 1st guy tried his best even though it wasn't his department. He called in for assistance. I waited there 10 minutes waiting for someone to show up. Then, he walked over to someone else, and the guy in Braids just simply didn't look interested in helping out and said, "I work in the front." And didn't bother to ask what I needed or call someone over. I'll simply just take my money elsewhere at this point as a photographer spend it with a company that's actually attentive to their customers.

Not the best experience. The salesman was nice and we thought all was well. We bought a TV and a sound bar. TV was broken and going through the process to return it was a pain. It took them 30 minutes to get a manager just to look at the TV to ensure it was broken. After standing around with no one offering to help after 30 minutes they finally went through the process. We finally opened the sound system to begin hooking it up. The sales man ensured us the subwoofer we bought was hard covered because we have a cat and I specifically asked about that. He sold us one more expensive than we initially wanted and ensured us it was what we wanted and more. Only to get home and find it is infact a soft cover sub. Not going to bother wasting another trip to stand around for 30 minutes in an attempt to return it. Do better, learn the products you sell so no one else wastes money or time.

I took my son's soundbar to have it looked at because he said it wasn't working as well as it had been. It has the "no questions asked" additional coverage which I bought at the time of the initial purchase 3 years ago. After waiting for a long while with no other customers present, I finally got help and was told the device would be sent out for testing. The young lady hand wrote on the documentation that it could be up to 3 weeks and that I had acknowledged that fact. I don't recall that part of the conversation but she did say they would call us with the findings. At 3 weeks, I had not received any kind of notification so I went into the store. Again, I waited at least 15 minutes in line with one person ahead and 3 behind. Obviously, they're understaffed in that department because there seemed to be plenty of staff in other areas. The young man explained that the item was on it's way back from wherever it was sent and that I just had to wait until I was contacted. I said that I had never received any form of communication with regards to any information and it had already been the 3 weeks. Again, he said in a condescending tone that I had to wait. Well, now it's been over a month. Am I supposed to continue to wait? I went against my better judgement and bought the extended warranty. The soundbar did it's job 3 years and it's not worth the hassle of trying to use the warranty. I could have bought a new one in installments by now. Can I just please get my device back? Good grief.
