I want to make a review since I do not recommend this hotel. I forgot something in the room and the employees stole it. I called to tell them and they hung up on me. They said it wasn't there and I'm sure it was there. don't use it

I stayed at this hotel this past weekend for two nights. The facilities look fine, though the hotel is a bit old, but it's not a big deal. The room was okay, but I do have a complaint about the bed and the pillows. The bed was super uncomfortable, and the pillows were like couch cushions, not comfortable at all. In fact, I woke up with a headache both days. When you stay at a hotel, you expect to rest, and they should have comfortable beds and pillows. I asked at the front desk, and they told me that was all they had. I would only return if I had no other option.

I stayed here this past week and had to check out early even though I was prepaid. Adriana at the front desk made a difficult situation much better!! She was patient, kind, knowledgeable and very helpful! The rooms were super clean and nice and cool! Thank you to Adriana for her help!!

Horrible breakfast.
They charge a fee of $50 at check in and often don't refund it, I've already taken a tour and now I've been waiting for another refund for over a week and nothing. As the company chooses the hotel, I can't help but stay there. ?

I will never stay here again first they pre authorized the amount for the room before we got there then I had to pay again when I got there and wait until the pre authorization fell off I can’t get clean towels to take a shower unless I bring down the nasty ones first I have never had to do that at any hotel I will not be staying here again would not recommend the ac in the room would not go below 74 degrees worst hotel and hotel stay I have ever had

Very nice room but poorly soundproofed so you can hear the crazy people who think they are on the Indianapolis circuit all night long. Deplorable breakfast and for 80c panic. We took it into the bedroom. Apple to cut and peel with plastic knife.... hello!!

Paid for early check in, was made to wait for 30 minutes until normal check in time. Had a 2 room suite, the AC in the living room area didn’t work properly. Management didn’t have another room to put us in and didn’t have anyone to work on it. No other arrangements could be made according to them, so we dealt with it because it was a cheap hotel. Couch was super uncomfortable. Pool was FREEZING. The hotel staff uses the same elevator as everyone else, so about half of the time it was full of staff with cleaning supplies. A minor annoyance, but still not the norm. The good was that it was extremely clean - no issues whatsoever with cleanliness. That’s about the only compliment I’ll pay this hotel other than it’s cheap rate.

This is my go to hotel in Houston, have tried other places but nothing beats this hotel . Staff is friendly, breakfast is great , great location.

My stay at Best Western Plus Houston Energy Corridor was fantastic! The rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The location is perfect, close to major attractions and business centers. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers!

It was an average stay I was enjoying it until I realized I was getting bit while sleeping..! Yep BED BUGS/ Fleas on the bed. Was changed to another room full of pet hair!! And supposedly it was a clean and ready room. I didn’t want to stress management out so didn’t make a big deal but then they charged $52 extra for dirty towels. All I can say is 1) don’t use white towels if you don’t want them dirty. SIMPLE. 2) how are you going to charge me for YOUR inconvenience yet not resolve the bug issue! Yall charge $75 for pet fees and don’t even FUMIGATE! I’m still waiting for management to contact me was told it was going to happen by today 8/22/24 no contact made.
BEWARE OF STAYING HERE CHECK YOUR BEDS !!! My feet are itchy and full of bites

Everything was great except shortage of muffins , cream cheese in breakfast. We stayed there 5 days and I hardly got any muffins for kids.
