I cant give this 4 or 5 stars because it obviously doesnt compare to the Ritz or an Omni, but it’s pretty clean, quiet, ac works, shower works, no bugs, safe, theres a gym, laundry, free parking, great location, free basic warmed cooked breakfast w eggs bacon, sandwiches, cereals, oatmeal, tea & coffee 24/7, hottub and pool. My biggest complaint is the hottub has a VERY UNHEALTHY amount of chlorine. My skin still wreaks three days later. My bathing suit is ruined. My second complaint is the older front desk lady argued about a trained off leash service animal, unable to perform her tasks whilst tethered. She argued that she need to be leashed. Illegal. They need to look into ADA rights. They were otherwise nice and the cleaning people were all caring and nice as well.
Safety: Id stay FAR away from the nearby Seaside Lounge. Prepare for drunken idiots and gun violence.
Walkability: not safe at night only because of the Seaside Lounge.

A thin ceiling–I could hear all of the movement of guests in the room above me. The rooms felt dated and tired.

Liked everything but Sunday breakfast.
Really ..Did you have to have Fox News on for everybody. And then a preacher spreading the word. I have one word. No.
Put on the nature channel or just screensavers of geography. Ruined leaving.

5 stars hands down!!! Great location. Clean rooms. Quiet hotel. They have a security guard on duty at night&he keeps people out of the parking lot that doesn’t belong there&watches over things out there. 😁 He was awesome and friendly to speak with as well. I would DEFINITELY stay here again if in the area and I would highly recommend it to anyone else that’s staying in the area. ❤️❤️
Definitely exceeded my expectations!! 🥰🥰

Walking distance to excellent restaurants, and even to the federal building to renew a passport. The check in with Jin was a breeze and her warm and friendly personality made it a pleasure. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed at that offered complimentary level 2 charging for an EV. They have adaptors for non-tesla EV, and several EV Wall chargers. This was so unexpected, but wow what a nice perk not having to mess with a paid charging station, or have to supercharge at an extra stop.
The rooms were immaculate. Clean, everything works, no noise, comfy mattresses. The parking lot security is a nice touch at night - as a night owl myself I often enjoy a late walk around if it’s safe. There’s a fun gay bar next store that I’ll definitely check out next time. Breakfast was hot and tasted homemade. I highly recommend this hotel and the area it’s located in. Saving this hotel to my favorites anytime I’m in Houston!
Walkability: Excellent
Noteworthy details: Complimentary Tesla level 2 wall chargers (also adaptors for all EV). Excellent perk if traveling in an EV

The front desk employees on the day shift were fantastic.
Rooms: The rooms were very clean and housekeeping that serviced room 217 was great and very friendly.
Safety: Very safe, security onsite Fridays and Saturday due to nearby club and bar and parking limitations.

This is an older hotel that has been updated. Check in was seamless. The elevator was a little slow and carts were limited to haul luggage, only one at back door and one at front. Rooms were large, bed was super comfortable, and window view was the back parking lot. It was quiet. Breakfast had eggs, bacon, potatoes and included taquitos, biscuits with sausage, egg, and cheese, and all the carbs to blend with the protein. Location is downtown which adds a bit to the price. Absolutely no complaints and convenient for downtown area

This was an amazing experience. The location is unbeatable, secured parking, breakfast was good and th rooms were clean and very spacious. One elevator though,😊 but we never had to wait or busy. I would definitely stay again for the location and walking downtown.

We recently stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. We really enjoyed the stay we ended up saving a lot by staying here instead of somewhere downtown. This location has good security every night and is near everything downtown. Would definitely stay here again next time in Houston. Note: the rooms are outdated and there are some scuffs on furniture but overall really clean.
Safety: they have pretty strict security passed 8pm every night.

The location is easy enough to get to. Andrew at the front desk was a great rep of the hotel and gave us some great food recommendations. The staff here were very friendly and the amenities were great.
