I have been renting a room for a week and the cleaning staff has not cleaned the last guest's bedding or the bathroom towels. I have been asking for clean towels and the housekeeping employees were disrespectful yelling at me that they didn't have them.

This hotels staff tend to cover for people who are going there to cheat on their spouse. So say you were looking for Aaron B. And Susan J. The hotel staff will put them under 'Holden and Isabella"... It is amazing what businesses and other people will do these days to cover for cockroaches...

Management Shaun tried to charge my card 50$ say that we left a load of towels in a corner”that was dirty of course so I have to pay a cleaning fee!!!!! What is house keeping for! I didn’t want to contact whom ever is higher than him but I will have to and he mention that he let me stay after I called the police
very unprofessional I’m not the only person I heard him talk to another customer that way the hotel filthy just like his attitude!! Pool dirty too!!!!

Horrible customer service, the general manager is terrible, they need to change managers and all the staff

Fraud, theft, and dishonesty- avoid this location at all costs.
Note: This listing is using the page of the old Best Western that used to be at this location. Recent reviews of the Comfort Inn are overwhelmingly negative, but this page is being offset by old reviews of the Best Western.
I stayed here 2 weeks ago and had similar trouble as other recent reviewers checking in/out- front desk staff was hanging out elsewhere, smoking pot outside, on facetime, etc. Upon checking in I was told the card reader was malfunctioning. It seems that they ask some patron for cash- DON'T, you will not get it back! It's a racket- they'll keep your cash, or not even be at the desk if you check out in the early morning.
Even though they told me the system was down, the credit card that I only used for that one instance received multiple fraudulent transactions a few days later, all for restaurants nearby (one even across the street from the hotel... brazen). My card company stopped the transactions and opened an investigation, and noted that someone had added the card to their door dash app... I'm sure we can all assume who did it.
I contacted choice hotels, who gave me the contact email of the local manager, who has refused to reply to me regarding this issue. I have since passed off responsibility to local law enforcement for the fraud investigation.
Avoid this location at all costs, look at the RECENT reviews, and look at the other listing to see what kind of experience you'll actually have here.
Safety: Hotel is gated, but the gate is left open. Location represents a high theft/fraud risk. I would not leave valuables here unattended.

Lets start by employees sleeping on the lobby. I was ask to give a cash deposit of $100 and when I check the envelope I received $80 employee said they missed placed them. I seen the girl when she placed the $100 on the envelope. The hotel is clean. You will never find a housekeeping to ask for towels. You will have to take the trash out yourself. Employees were never rude but they were sketchy. Toilet was not flushing and faucet water very low.

I stayed here for a week and Tay was great, she was so pleasant, patient and helped me with everything I needed to be help with. I would give her 5⭐️ if I could.

Online it states that there’s a $50 deposit, when i arrived there was a paper that said 100 cash or 50 card. I was told they would charge my card the room fee plus the $50 deposit & also i would have to give them $100 for a smoking fee. I went to get cash and when i returned i was told i would only be charged the room & the $100 cash deposit, i think that’s a little crazy that’s they have a sign saying that, but can honor what they have on their website or sign …..Then when i was checking out I was bringing the rest of my belongings to the car around 11:20 , their was another guest arguing with the FD staff about how they are not going to get their $100 back due to the guest leaving out @11:15 , the staff said if you are not out the room by 11:00AM they basically keep the money & “charge you another day” i understand why they guest was upset, the reason i was able to get my deposit back was due to my spouse already going downstairs around 11 to start taking things out the room and letting fd know . The guest ended up getting their deposit back but that’s kinda crazy that they would keep the deposit if your not out at 11. But overall the rooms were nice , the hotel was clean & the shower pressure was really good but the sink pressure was horrible.

Very bad service, they stole many material things from me such as a phone charger, clothes, my baby's personal things and things for personal use. I reported what happened to the lobby and no one showed their face or even an apology. Instead of resolving me, they told me to call the police. Why couldn't they do anything? The only thing they did was watch the cameras to see if someone else had entered to take my belongings and they told me that the only one who entered was the cleaning lady.
