Had an awesome experience with Alex and his colleague. I needed a couch moved from upstairs to downstairs, he scheduled my request day of. I’d absolutely call them back for future requests!!

Worst experience of my life. I needed a move from a 1 bedroom 1st floor to another 1 bedroom 1st floor 0.7 miles away. I was quoted $350, however after loading up and arriving to the new location they threatened to drive off with my stuff if I didn’t pay $500 in cash right then. I spoke to Alex on the phone prior to and during the move and got 2 separate personalities. The thing that bothers me the most is the crew that showed up to move. This type of move typically requires 2 professional movers and which is what I was told upon booking. However 2 children under the age of 16 and 1 adult showed up (not Alex). To expand, both boys were under my height (5’3), appeared to have not yet grown facial hair, and spoke zero English. I was very uncomfortable upon load up because it was clear this is breaking child labor laws.Aside from that I had to actually direct the move the entire time, nothing was wrapped like at all, and most of my things were damaged. The situation was bad. Upon arrival to drop off location the driver stayed in truck and said I needed to pay $500 cash or they would drive off with my things. Alex never mentioned cash only, the job was not done yet, and the load up was unprofessional and taking significantly longer even though I myself was physically moving boxes and furniture. I immediately called Alexander “Alex” and he backed this, contradicting what he’d agreed to earlier and demanded the cash ASAP or else my property would be confiscated. I drove to the bank, got cash, and bawled my eyes out in the parking lot of my new apartment. Most of my items were damaged. I filed this on the BBB and hope this illegal operation is shut down.

Alexis V and another gentleman from this company came and moved me on October 28th. They did SUCH a great job in SUCH a timely fashion, and took care of my stuff so nothing got broken. They were friendly, professional, and efficient. Thanks so much to Alex (the person I corresponded with regarding the move) for helping me coordinate my move and to the gentlemen who executed it. I will recommend you guys to all my friends who move. Great job!!

Very unprofessional.. don't know how he is still in business. he is rude to people and rude to his employees.dont pay hard to work men .. not mention how just picks up unexpierence guys from street group.. ..also he says he has not insurance and don't like to fix broken items...so good luck to who ever chooses to hire him for work

Update 3/13/23I still have no heard back from Alex. He told me i was harassing him. I told him i will report him and do police report because i have missing items. He yelled at me and hung up the phone in his face. He has blocked me and my friends from calling him. PLEASE DONT GO HERE!!!3/1/23- A good friend referred me this company. I scheduled 2 weeks out. Alex sound so professional and acted with a sense of urgency. Unfortunately., his team wasn't the same. I wanted to get done moving earlier so i ask for 3 men instead of 2. Alex agreed. We agreed to start Move at 10am. I got a call from Alex saying staff was running late. That was no problem. Once they arrived only 2 guys were packing (very slow, moving boxes) . I ask the other two guys, where was the third guy, they replied saying that they didn't know. Guy comes back 24 minutes later with attitude. I called Alex and told him that i paid for 3 guys not two. He asked me to calm down. I knew it was trouble then. They took 11:15-2:10 PM to move a 1 bedroom apartment. Finally we head to my destination. My gps estimate time was 28 minute to new location. THE TOOK almost an hour to get to my place. I had to call Alex! Not to mention they took forever and there were elevator in close Proximity. They were very slow. Then i went out front to see what was taken so long. I got a video clip of the guy throwing my mattress around and taking a break! Finally, the come back with Mattress. They forgot to out my slacks in my bed now its wobbling. And not to mention my mattress is ripped on the inside. Took over 5 hours for my move and they charged me 690.00. When i confronted him, he told me it should be more for a 1 bedroom apartment. Ive never experienced anything like this before. I have pictures and i will be reporting this company. They also cracked my monitor. I cannot add video but i have footage. I called Alex and he said he would call me Friday morning. I told him i would send him pictures. I need a full refund . I cannot believe this. You guys shouldn't take advantage of people like this. Its more but i will stop here. Please be aware!

Best Movers! Fair price, the workers were polite and efficient. They were extra careful because I was worried about damaging some antique furniture but they did a great job, no damage at all. I appreciate their hustle, they got it done pretty quickly.

Staff was friendly and very timely they were equipped didn't have to help them. My items were transported with care placed items in new apartment so I could find things.

This is the worst moving scam company you will ever deal with; I don’t know how anyone read all these bad reviews and still hire them. Alex is the most unprofessional, dishonest, dishonor, full of crab person, he is rude, does not know what customer service is and definitely doesn’t give a dam about the customers, all he cares about is how to make more money or cancel on you so you will pay them more. Someone should sue this company; this company has to shut down.
