They have a deal when you finance over 750. You can get 12 months same as cash..
When the bill starts the card will add interest and the card company will tell you you don't have any agreement

I'm trying to track a order from the clear bank date 11/30/24. I have received no information. Tried several different links but no help. Please help me locate my order number and where my order is at. $36.35 + .29 = $36.64 cleared my bank, or credit a refund please

Visited this location on 08/26/2024 as I often have before and wanted to shop with my coupon that I received with my email. I had a $5 coupon that was NOT honored. This is not the first time this has happened either. The previous time I donated and received a paper receipt with a $5 coupon as well and this coupon was NOT honored as well. The only thing the manager could say was if it does not activate when she scans the code then she cannot do anything about it. They have very poor customer service here. The management is poor and the store needs a good cleaning. If you want to keep customers happy and keep them returning to shop, then honor your part. I paid for full price items, not clearance items. So if you’re gonna value a customer correctly, then train your management team better. The items you sell are items that can be purchased at your competitors as well. You advertise a coupon, honor it or else your business looks like a scammer trying to deceive customers with false advertising of saving money. I will be looking for another location due to this location just doesn’t seem to know how to be professional or trustworthy. On a professional note, as a manager you should know better than to be having a personal discussion in front of the customer about your employees work schedule (ie: what time that person or another employee has clocked in or out ETC.) You should also not be answering another customer on the phone that was previously on hold while performing a transaction with a customer in person, in the store, at that time who was your first original customer. As I stated before, the management team here is clearly unprofessional and untrained. Please take the necessary steps of action to fix the issue and make improvements and/or adjustments accordingly.

I like this store, but the prices have gotten so very high that they are driving away their customer base like other stores, such as Walmart.

Big LOTs was kind of dirty and mis advertising items they no longer have. I know good help is hard to get, but you guys need something to motivate these young children working to work. The location is ducked off so you have to know it is there.
