Came here at 11:30 at night to get into my storage and everything is closed. No one to call no phone numbers no one to help. Code machine not working when I enter my pin. Says access hours 6am-10pm daily for a bizzy person like me if I would have Known I would take my business elsewhere. This storage company makes a lot of money with several locations. It cost them nothing to hire overnight security so that busy professionals can access their storage that they overpay for every month. I also will be reporting this to the BBB because I don't think that this is right I should be able to access my things when I want to

Super clean and everyone in the office was friendly and professional. Really smooth move in and move out process, layout of the building was well designed too for navigation.

Keilah, the property manager, made our load in and load out experiences very easy. She has a great attitude and it was reassuring to know someone like her is watching out for our wares.

Extremely positive experience. Needed a unit to move my things into that night, and Ray made it quick and easy to get a unit at a reasonable price. Was polite and knowledgeable, as well. Would definitely recommend storing your things here. Very secure with cameras everywhere.

During a recent move, I had short term storage needs and BigTex was incredibly accomodative in allowing me to conduct a containerized ahipment from their parking lot, provided i had the container on and off their property within a day. I rented 2 storage units at this facility for 3 years and had a great experience. Set up and move out was easy, the prices were reasonable, and the front desk was always very helpful. In 3 years I never had a concern or problem, even during hurricanes / power outages. Access to the building was well lit and felt safe even during off hours. Good easy location to access.
