I looked around the area and found that the prices here were comparable to other indoor storage facilities that were not nearly as convenient to the Heights. But the facility was much newer and nicer. The staff was very helpful when I called to ask initial questions and when I went to the location in person. Overall I had a great experience and decided to rent from them.

Big Tex Storage has great customer service. The storage facility is very clean. I felt very secure in accessing our unit. Love the location in the Heights, Houston. Was happy to meet Lisa and Jacob. They are very friendly and professional. I will definitely use this facility again.

From the very first phone call I had with Deron this experience was very nice. As soon as I walked in Lisa greeted me with a smile and was very helpful. The environment was very clean and tidy. I highly recommend this place.

A great storage solution! They made it so easy to move in and out, and provided a safe and clean location for my time with them. If I ever need offsite storage again, they will be my first choice.

Being new to self-storage, I could not have been more surprised by how great of an experience Lisa provided upon introduction of the facility and the available options for storage. This facility is unbelievably clean, secure, and well lit. The office is immaculate with reasonably priced, easy to find supplies. They even have a truck you can reserve for transport of your items for basically free! I had planed on hours of researching facilities that day. Lisa and Big Tex Storage exceeded my expectations. Signed on the spot!
