Jason N. And Eric H. From location 49 were excellent. They gave me great advice as to which type glsss and thickness was best for the area of my windows. They were very friendly and professional. The Galway's use Binswanger!

Eric Huerta (from location #49) and his associate did and amazing job replacing our broken window on the front of our house! They even repaired the broken window pane! They were very professional, and so kind! We will call them with any future glass repair needs! Thank you!

Today we experienced excellent service from Eric Huerta as he worked on a damaged window in our cottage at Holly Hall Retirement Community. His concern for our comfort was so appreciated while he worked outside in the chilly rain! Amazing! Can I give him more than 5 stars?

I sent two emails for commercial glasswork to their team with read receipts. They read the emails but never responded back. Very Poor service!

I purchased a replacement glass for my window on June 25-2024 and was told it will come in 2 weeks but until now I didn’t get it , I sent Jessica daily e mail asking for the glass she sent back a reply e mail saying she will check with Claudia and let me know, and I never got any reply ????

This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Slow response time (if any), I paid for windows a month a go and they failed to send out the right team to install them twice and am still awaiting installation. I don’t know how this company is in business.
