I stayed here for a work event and enjoyed my stay. Lovely hotel just not a lot to do around it. Being from out of town the only places to eat near by are the hotel, a subway, and a gyro joint. I will say the Ubers aren’t too expensive to snag and go to more higher traffic areas that have food/shops/bars.Hotel gym has peloton only treadmills so you have to have a membership to use them. Pool is located on the rooftop which was nice. Staff and room was lovely!!Rooms: Lovely rooms. Very modernNearby activities: Not much. Must drive about 5-10 min to other area/district for food and activities.Safety: Hotel felt safe overall. The area around the hotel is mostly medical buildingsWalkability: Not a lot to walk to. Subway was about a 5 min walk.Food & drinks: Hotel does have food and a bar. It only has 3 reviews so I choose to eat else where.

I've stayed Twice over course of time. Location being prime importance to me at this times to get to certain areas of interest, meets the need. There is NOT much around the HOTEL like a downtown hotel; so please be aware of that.CONS:-WEED, WEED, WEED. seems like this hotel has a keen interest in attracting a certain clientele; not sure if 'word' is out on this hotel; but there is a pattern if you start reading tripadvisor/google/hotel forums that WEED is prevalent at this hotel. That clientele is heading to BLOSSOM to get their 'WEED" on and in some cases, party. Weed smell in parking garage, garage elevators, hotel elevators, hotel hall(s), hotel room (bathroom vent doesn't exactly cover up someone doing their thing). As a guest; nothing was done to remediate, example: relocate to another 'WEED' FREE zone at the HOTEL, if feasible. (lol)-ZERO SECURITY MEASURES after hours: usually there is physical security and/or combination of the Elevator requiring a 'keycard ' scan to get to your floor. NOTHING like that at this hotel; you can walk in UNcontested after hours, full access.-WEAR & TEAR: rooms starting to show wear and tear so young into its hotel life; my recent visit had only a single side table next to the bed versus two. room is looking worn.-FEES for parking is excessive considering not in downtown areaPROS:-Well meaning staff, great 'bones' of the hotel, decorations, ambience, overall design, Quiet HOTEL areaThe Blossom Hotel is trying to be something but seems to be struggling; if your seeking travelers that frequent Rosewood style hotels: then this hotel has a long way to go: details matter, service matter. example: my clock in my room; wrong date/time, missing furniture. Higher end hotels, staff are trained to ensure those 'concerns' are addressed prior to guest arrival. If Blossom HOtel is seeking travelers that fit the Hard Rock Hotel mentality; they are doing pretty good on that front by all appearances and SMELLS. If the blossom is seeking middle of the road, 'Marriott/Hilton/Hyatt' type of clientele; then Blossom is failing. IT IS A GREAT LOOKING HOTEL, ROOMS, etc. but the service, details, cleanliness is no better or worse than Marriott/Hilton/Hyatt. At least those hotels have better security on average and don't even get me started on the 'rewards' program, another topic of concern.I personally really like this location, like the hotel; like the willingness of the staff to do what they can, I would consider them again due to location with understanding that I may not be as comfortable as staying at Towncenter in Sugarland for example. The BLossom Hotel is striving to be something. It is HURTING itself and in the end; just a matter of time: if you wish to hang out at an unsecure hotel to smoke some weed with a barely maintained room.I know a place.

Wow, what an amazing experience! Pablo Q at the front desk was incredibly helpful and made my stay unforgettable. He provided great suggestions on what to eat at the rooftop restaurant and reminded me not to miss the heated pool.I was in town to celebrate my goddaughter's 13th birthday with a surprise sleepover in a cute and quaint hotel. She absolutely loved it!Thank you, Pablo, for making this such a wonderful experience that she will never forget.

The hotel was great, the 13th floor blossom restaurant was nothing special, and the service was really slow. We were the only customers, I think I know why.

Follow up it's now 01/30 & still no money or resolution whatsoeverThough the room and hotel were beautiful, that is where the positive stops. I paid up front for 2 adult breakfasts, and got the vouchers upon checkin, $20 per person for a total of $40. I also paid upon checkin for self-parking, $35.Once in the room we noticed the AC was not working properly. Called about the issue and someone came barely spoke English and told us that unless it was over 72 degrees outside we had no control over the AC. I have a sick child that cannot be hot, I immediately reached out to the manager. Who though he offered another room, would not answer if I could change the AC. They came back with a thermometer to prove it worked, yes, but it never got below 71 degrees and shut off every 5 minutes.During breakfast I provided the vouchers for two of my kids, and was going to pay the "kids rate" for my 7 year old. Was informed I owed an additional $32 on top of the $40, $72 for two kids for breakfast, ridiculous. And my 7 year old would cost $35 as well because Saturday is a special buffet, I was not informed of this, nor was it an option to pay during the reservation process. Then, 2 hours prior to checkout, while my 16 year old was alone in the room getting dressed, housekeeping walked in on her, no knocking, nada!!! This is where I draw the line, when I went to management, they did and said NOTHING!After we left I noticed that the hotel overcharged the incidental fee by $100, 4 days later it is still pending because they don't show it, even with my bank statement being sent to them. After all of this, I want ALL MY MONEY BACK, and do not recommend these thieves to anyone! There are other beautiful hotels that do not do this. The next day I stayed at the Driskill in Austin, and it was amazing. This is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel! In response to the laughable response from the hotel, it would be nice to get the money back that is not rightfully yours. All of the people I have spoken to have promised to rectify the situation, call back, etc., and nothing. It is not yours I want it back, will never stay there again, and will ensure that on every platform anyone looking at reviews will know the crap this place isRooms: Looks nice, and ends there. Don't let the decor fool you, it is crap. The best are as bad as jails/prisons, 1 week later we are all still in pain.Safety: Not really safe at all, the elevators are not controlled by room key, even though the option is there. And housekeeping just walks in, NOT SAFEFood & drinks: Too expensive, especially when the eggs taste like fish. Weekends expect to spend over $35 per buffet, even for children and they don't put that on their 3rd party reservation sites, then charge the difference even if prepaid.

I attended my company's Lunar New Year staff banquet in this hotel. From the parking lot to the ballroom, every staff in the hotel were friendly, patient and professional. Moreover, I was impressed by the cocktail which was made by the bartender, the one that have coconut and banana flavor ? ??

The rooms compare to ones in Vegas - has luxurious bathrobes, high end Morton Brown toiletries, Dyson hairdryer, a digital scale, Nespresso Machine& kettle, beautiful furnishings and shower.I’m surprised not more people know about this place! The nightly rate is also very affordable for what this hotel offers. Will definitely be coming back!

WOW- the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in for the same price as a generic Comfort Inn or Best Western. Cannot believe the luxury of this hotel. Beautiful rooftop with a decent view, especially at night. Rooms are the biggest I’ve ever seen. Bathroom is just gorgeous with the cutest little travel dental and shaving kits. Name brand dyson hair dryer and Nespresso machine in the room. The lobby will take your breath away. If I find myself in Houston again I will without a doubt stay here again. -A 21 year old female on a solo trip and afraid of sketchy hotelsRooms: Rooms are the largest I’ve ever seen stocked with name brand Dyson hair dryers and Nespresso machinesNoteworthy details: GORGEOUS- lobby is breathtaking. Rooms are the largest I’ve ever seen stocked with name brand Dyson hair dryers and Nespresso machines. Completely shocked at the price which is comparable to a generic Comfort Inn. Make sure to check out the rooftop at night!

I did my research before making my booking. Of all the 4 and 5 stars in the Houston area that charge parking fees, this is the only one that was reasonable. If needing to access the Medical Center or NRG Stadium, this is an excellent location.I would have given a better star rating however, the furniture (side base of the bed, sofa, and desk chair) and bed runners were badly stained by former guests. It appears housekeeping was unsuccessful in their general stain removal (requires a professional deep cleaning). In understanding staying in a hotel where rooms are continuously occupied, some level of imperfection is expected, yet this was surprising. Not sure how housekeeping management failed to notice it upon inspecting the rooms. I got the opportunity to convey this to the gentleman at the front desk when I checked out when asked how was my stay. He was kind and apologized.* Excellent room appliances ✅* Toiletries; my favorite British brand, Molton Brown ✅* Beds; comfortable ✅* Guest room aesthetics ✅* Bathroom decor ✅* The hotel lobby is quaint ?

Rooms: Rooms are a good size, but do not have all of the access to streaming services like advertised. They only had Netflix and you could only do screen mirroring if you had an Android. For most ppl this is probably not an issue but for a Mom who just wanted to catch up on all of my shows, it was frustrating. Especially since the room size and accommodations played a huge role in choosing where to have my staycation.Food & drinks: My first night there I tried calling room service over the course of an hour. After an hour I called door dash.Noteworthy details: I came for a mommy staycation. Basically for peace and quiet. At about 845am construction started.
