I ordered a lovely bouquet for my mom’s birthday through Teleflora and unfortunately they assigned this florist to her. What came was much more sparse than what I bought online; additionally, two flowers (a lily and rose) were missing off their stems and two (carnations) were broken in half upon delivery. The lilies were wide open with maybe a day left before they start to droop. I feel robbed and am very sorry that this was what she received for her special birthday. I would not recommend this place.

I don't give a zero because I don't have the option, it's unbelievable I like to get what I paid for it, I got a $80 Arrangement from the website and got something completely different NOT WORTH IT $80 DOLLARS.

The flowers sent for my birthday were left on the ground outside my gate for several hours. Anyone could of taken them. The roses didn't last but a couple days. They could of called...they had my number.

Frauds!!!!!! They charged my card for a transaction. I never been to this place I don't even know how they obtained my information. Now I have to pay 120 for something I never received. You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!!!

The only reason they got 1 star is because you have to select something!My cousin in California sent us a Peace Lily when our brother died unexpectedly a few weeks ago. This florist, Bluebonnet Florist delivered it on July 22nd and the plant was already withering by the funeral on July 25th. Clearly they delivered us a damaged/dying plant. The leaves turned yellow and I simply wasn't able to revive it. Today I called to give them an opportunity to make it right by replacing the plant but they have a seven day window for returns. AND they said since the plant is as ordered in California, that is the florist responsible. Again, the plant came from Bluebonnet Florist. Just awful. I explained that calling within their 7-day window which I knew nothing about it as not a priority. I'm just catching up on some things and since this is the second time I've received a plant from this florist that didn't live long I wanted to make them aware. They could not have cared less.

Say I'm the only bee in your bluebonnet. There is a really cute Texans style florist over on Bissonnet, and now there's one here, not sure if the one over there is still open. I do know this one is definitely here, check my photo evidence, and it's now the second location as far as I know unless the first one closed down, I do know there used to be one down on Bissonnet but haven't been over there since before COVID. It's cheap and they have a nice selection and are friendly, so well done to them.

I ordered a beautiful flower arrangement for a dear family friend funeral service, and when I got there I didn't see our flower arrangement long in behold the flowers were in the coffee room. They looked horrible for any dollar amount. I was so mortified, mad & embarrassed. I quickly realized they were here for that particular reason. Dead flowers are not appropriate for a funeral. I immediately called the flower shop and they were closed already. Tried to leave a message but it was full and just hung up.At the time of packing up the flowers I requested that our arrangement was left behind. You be the judge. I'm hoping the flower shop will work something out with me. This was the last thing on my mind to be worrying about. I'm very upset with this situation.

Unfortunately I receive an arrangement from this place for my recovery. My husband did the mistake to put it in my lap so I could admire it and read the card. Then I saw several bugs coming out of the arrangement they were small kind of beetle black and yellow. My husband had to clean everything once again since I just had a surgery the place has to be extra clean. I call to notify the store and the lady was kind of rude saying that they don’t cut the flowers from their garden ??♀️.I don’t recommend this place at all to anyone

Tried sending flowers to a family member and the family member never received it. The shop will only tell me it was delivered and signed for but won’t tell us who signed for it. It was a $150 Oder plus tax and delivery.They refused to work with us and hung up.

They sent the completely wrong arrangement, wanted to take the flowers back and replace with something "close." They wouldn't rectify their mistake with a refund. This place is unprofessional and discourteous. I wouldn't recommend or use them if they were the only florist in town!

Received a flower arrangement, that my brother ordered in The Netherlands, through Fleurop, delivered through FTD by this shop. It was delivered with brown leaves already. We send an e-mail that was posted on their website 1 1/2 day later, no response. We had to throw it away after 5 days. When I called them less than 7 days after receipt, they told me they never received my e-mail and that I responded too late. This is what their web site says: "Our Guarantee As professional FTD florists, we guarantee your satisfaction with every order sent through FTD for delivery in the United States and Canada and on all FTD branded products. If you are not satisfied with the purchased FTD product, we will send a replacement or refund the full purchase price. All you need to do is notify us within 10 days of receipt of your FTD order. You may call, come in person, or write to us."
