I enjoy going to Bluewave. The management there is always friendly and professional and they go beyond expectations to make customers happy. I have bad nerve damage and when I went there to vaccum my car the Assistant Manager Russell offered to help me as I was having difficulties cleaning my car. He always has a smile and his crew works hard. He a great example for his employees.

My husband just recently bought a membership here and so far, it’s been great!! The wash, itself, is always good, but the members were all extremely nice and very helpful. They were greeting and providing aid to everyone, while changing out the dirty towels and keeping clean towels easily accessible and ready to go. Major shoutout to the most helpful member, Willie. He was absolutely amazing and helped me complete the finishing touches on my vehicle since I was there with my infant. I couldn’t thank him enough and I’m beyond appreciative of his kindness!!

I always come to this car wash and everyone is so nice and helpful. Today after I washed my car Willie came over to start drying it with a towel. I felt so bad bc that morning I gave my daughter all my cash. I apologized to him and told him next time I would tip him when I went back. He said it’s okay, I’m just happy to have a job and continued drying my car. Such a good hard worker even after knowing I couldn’t give him a tip. I hope I see him next time I go! Thank you again Willie!

Annette helped me and it was the best day ever that woman needs a raise. She is the best employee you guys have give her a big raise good promotion. I loved her so much. God bless that lady.

I’ve been a customer of blue wave car wash for a few years now. They’ve always had great customer service. (Shout out to Willie! Always kind and helpful!) And the car wash itself is fantastic.

I have the unlimited monthly plan..and it is very convenient near my home. After the renovation, they increased the price since next year and honest.. more lights inside but same cleaning..less soap on basic.

Review for Ms. Lady
I had a very unpleasant experience with the manager, Mrs. Lady, during my recent visit to the car wash. I came in with a simple request — to update my license plate and debit card information — but instead of receiving help, I was met with an argumentative and dismissive attitude.
Even after I calmly explained that I didn’t want to argue and that the issue was minor, Mrs. Lady continued to give me attitude while drinking her coffee and eating her snack in front of me. When I asked for her card with the QR code so I could leave feedback, she refused to give it to me and continued to be unprofessional.
After I left the line and parked by the vacuums, she continued to watch me and even laughed at me multiple times as I tried to clean my car. Each time I looked her way, she quickly stopped, but it was clear she was mocking me. This behavior is unacceptable, especially coming from a manager who should be setting an example for her team.
I left feeling disrespected and disappointed. Management should take this seriously — customers deserve to be treated with professionalism and respect, not sarcasm or attitude.
