Came in Saturday with my husband. We made a payment and was charged but the representative did not apply my payment the account. Service has been suspended and we do not live near this location. I have tried calling them several times to avoid the drive. Boost Customer service does not have the same system as the stores, and this location is the only one that can fix this issue. This is a huge inconvenience !! I have called over 30 times.
