Omg!! Gigi is so awesome! I was skeptical about leaving my previous carrier, there were some issues changing service, but Gigi was so patient. I would have never gotten through this process without her. I am so grateful my daughter got her new birthday phone!

Just horrible service and personnel RamiraCould not help me with my account rolled her eyes and acted as if she didn’t want to work todayI hurt my foot walking in and she roles her eyes and acted as if she didnt care or want to assist me at all I asked for owners contact of franchisee contact she said she didn’t know but she was the manager and didn’t know what to tell me I need a response or I plan to sue them

The owner lied and then tries to degrade customers. Attaching screenshot from the messages from him to me. Go to official stores. He don’t tell you everything up front. Only had the service for barely 6 days
