Knk Wireless phones who is affiliated with Boost Wireless ,same address ste B with the same phone number. My power button will not work, when I came back to pick up my phone the sensor button for fingerprint was not working, it did before bringing it repair. I live about 10 mi from them and had to go back approximately five times. The last time my SMS card was missing, had to make another trip SMS card Chariot I should have known these people were scammers because when I questioned about needing to buy a new phone they ask for my PIN number. I was told this was not needed to buy a new phone and I questioned the owner about this. I found out a lot of things were not needed to repair a power button. I will never go back to this store again because why do you have to keep my phone why do you have to keep my phone overnight to get a power button. All the places I went to I took my phone and came back when they had purchased a power button. When leaving my phone overnight they asked for my password and phone numbe. why?? All I can say is beware of where you leave your phone?? BEWARE!!

If i could give no stars i would. My neighbior went here to pay for her phone and she got charged twice. They didnt refund her money even safter tsking her bank statements showing them that they charged her card twice. Theres never a manager there and they give you the run around. No recomiendo esta tienda. A mi vecina le cobraron dos veces su tarjeta para pagar su bill de telefono y no le quisieron regresar el dinero aun cuando llevo pruebas!!
