On October 25 2025, I came in to purchase the iphone 16E. About two hours later the female finally got the number transferred. I had the phone no more then two hours and it kept cutting off and on. I went back in the store on October 26 2025, to get another phone only to be told that's why they added insurance so I can go through the insurance. That's exactly why I don't like doing business with unauthorized dealers they always scamming people. Before the sale rep even set the phone up I asked her to get another phone because the box was already open she stated that she just opened it but clearly it was already open. We'll now im without a phone!
