This is the worst boost store, the guy at this location is a a scammer, he sold me a phone that's been discontinued and on top of it he charged me for an insurance that I never asked for, and believe me the phone wasn't sold to me cheap I payed close to 300 for everything, phone, insurance , phone case everything. ???? Stay away from this boost mobile store, I'll be going to a different location from now on

Had a glitch that needed to be fixed on my phone all they wanted to do was sell me a new phone would not help. All they wanted to do was tell me a phone. This is not good customer service they only want your money

They are of no use, we changed from metro to boost and they gave us a used iPhone cell phone that was of no use, very bad service, now my parents are struggling with the lines in Mexico for that service.

The only reason I went in was to physically look at new phones and pay my bill for the first time ever in store. Manager brings up my account and tells me my phone has been discontinued and tells me I have until the next day or the phone will shut off? Then tells me I have 150 dollar credit line towards a new phone. My problem is that he was persistent with trying to sell the new version of my Motorola, when I already told him no and why I came in there Oh yeah my phone is still working on

My phone really was no longer useful, I thought I would spend at least 500 dollars but I really spent less for a better phone and very good quality. Ali is super friendly and fun, the boy I think was called Carlos, he is a very good salesman and they are good talkers.
