Giovanni hooked it up, I was struggling to find my account number from prev provider but he got online and I don’t know how but he managed to get me all I needed when my own provider wasn’t being helpful, I higlhly recommend going to this store … swing by he’ll take care of you

Was treated terrible. 3/6/22 The woman working made me feel like I was bothering her--- she was rude had shut my phone off before I had paid for new phone --a robot would have been more pleasant-- so I told her never mind and she did not re activate my phone I did not realize it till I got home. And had to drive back to boost and tell her to activate my phone. I have a sick husband at home I have to have a working phone--- usually this store is great I have been going there for a few years been with boost over 10 yrs. But that one ugly woman has changed all that

Shaun was amazing at Boost Mobile. We had a phone stolen and this man went above and beyond to assist to recover the pin. I just had to leave a review for this beautiful man’s professionalism and customer service that God blessed us with to help us in our time of need.
