Went in to see why Boost Mobile double-charged via auto pay on my bill on 5/2/2024 . The man at the counter refused to help me because I didn't buy the phone I had since the beginning of the year from him. It's the same cellular company. He had no other reason other than that to refuse service. I went in nice with a good attitude, I just wanted to see where in the system something could have went wrong
