Do not do business here. Someone at this shop committed fraud. We had been coming here & only here to pay for WiFi & monthly cell bill. came in last week to pay for wifi, gave PIN to open account, and the guy behind the counter said my girlfriend was eligible for an upgrade. she told him she did not want an upgrade. the next day, her phone stopped working. we went back there, and a different guy told us that Boost had reset SIM cards and it would be $45 to fix it. it sounded odd, so we went to another location.that guy opened her account and asked where the A15 was. she said she didn't have an A15. only the Solero. he said well someone used her upgrade, took her activation, and that's why her phone quit working. he said he could sell her a sim card for $45 but what we should do is go back to the shop that did the fraud and they can do it for free. the guy was helpful at the second store. he said he could report the A15 as lost/ stolen so it would stop working and he gave the IMEI on thw A15. so it was reported stolen, then we went back to this location and told the guy that we knew what had happened.he was on the phone with someone, speaking Arabic...or something. the only thing he said in English was , "I didn't do this bullsh!t". which tells me he knew what had happened. my girlfriend is still trying to get her upgrade back. the fraud case has been escalated with corporate. when they find out she should get her upgrade back.LONG STORY SHORT: DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE. THEY MAY COMMIT FRAUD ON YOUR ACCOUNT.

Boost phones are a bit pricey - ABSOLUTELY NO multitask phones and phone service is horrible - pcs may beat put boost and that's at the bottom of the list
