Scammed, Poor Customer Service, Not the Resolution I wanted
I had a horrible experience with Boost Mobile. I paid full price for two phones, but only received one. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times and was given the runaround every time—no one took ownership of the issue just had me calling around, and I kept being transferred or told to wait or that the issue was on a different company when I had only been to this one location. I was even told to open multiple accounts just to get basic service, which makes no sense. All cause they didn’t want to refund me my full amount.
To make things worse, the manager was rude and completely unhelpful, showing no effort to fix the problem unless it came with a fee and he wasn’t trying to accommodate at all. After all this time, I still haven’t received the second device I paid for, and no one at Boost Mobile seems to care. Nor tried hard enough to even give me what I wanted.
This has felt like a complete scam, and I’ve been left with no real resolution and out of money. I would not recommend Boost Mobile to anyone. If you expect good service or to even receive what you pay for—go elsewhere.
